I also have been meaning to tell you that I appreciate your haul videos. I have high blood pressure and borderline for cholesterol and diabetes. I don’t over do carbs and sugar, but it’s there. I don’t eat too bad but I am trying to eat cleaner. I am working on bringing down my numbers and your videos are helping me find the right products and read labels. I decided this was the year. I am taking it little by little. Thanks.

Hi, Refine carbs and sugar are the worst for HBP. I eliminated it from my diet and my BP has dropped into the normal range .
Here are some foods, non caffeine tea's, and supplements that you can use to help lower your BP.
Teas: Organic Hibiscus tea, Chamomile Lavender tea and Cats claw tea.
Supplements: Magnesium Glycinate, Psyllium Husk powder or capsule
Foods: Bananas, Cacao dark chocolate between 86-92%.... Not Cocoa.
Keylimes or lemon in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning.
Natural sweeteners: Agave Nectar sweetener and Dates.
      I hope this would help.

Both of those EVOO products (spray and bottled) have country codes in their date codes that tell you the source of the olives. If they are single source from a good country is that better? I don’t understand if your disapproval is because they source from multiple locations alone or because you don’t know which source is in your specific bottle. If it’s the latter, that’s easily solved using the codes. This is mentioned on both bottles by the way.

I can't believe no one is talking about the Priano Veal Patties, the best Veal Patties I've ever tried from a grocery store. I cannot believe how good they are to put it in perspective last month i went to New Jersey to a Fine Italian restaurant and i ordered Veal with Penne and it was amazing like you would expect from a Fancy restaurant it was tender and juicy top notch quality so this week i went grocery shopping at aldis and i saw the veal patties immediately i said ok let see how good they are since i know what real Veal taste like and to my surprise my goodness they were almost as good as the one from the restaurant. My wife and daughter couldn't believe they were aldis veal patties so yeah give these patties a try you will not be disappointed.

Hi Bobby, I love your videos! When buying something that says sprouted on the package, do all ingredients need to have 'sprouted' before them? Also, when buying items with olive or avocado as one of the ingredients, do we need to worry about quality/country of origin of that oil? Chips, crackers, etc.

LOL... I take it Aldi doesn't like vlogging. You have your spotter. What I love about Aldi is that they haven't gone to self checkout aisles.Am I the only one who isn't cool with the self checkout aisles??? Back when they were selling the super grocery stores, they were advertising the great service you'd get with so many aisles. Now there's even less service where you kind of have to do it all yourself while they cut jobs. If they did what was originally a selling point, they were supposed to staff MORE aisles so you wouldn't have to wait.

I don't care for self check out either for a lot of reasons, but I have a feeling it's going to be the standard soon. I don't know about other Aldi's because I live in a small town & we have only one, the next closest is almost an hour away. However, the cashiers (and managers) at our Aldi are very efficient & friendly. I can't find everything on my shopping list there because it is a smaller store, but I can make adjustments. Going to the big box stores that carry everything but also have the self checkouts is such an unnerving experience it's not worth it for me.

When you've moved, please visit a Lidl store over the border in GA or SC and let us know what you find.

I like the unusual face mask you’re wearing because it’s construction looks less constricting and your voice doesn’t sound muffled. Most masks are too small for me. Where did you come across that design? Maybe consider making an episode on where to find affordable, high quality PPE. Keep up the great work.

Hi I ❤️ how informative your ingredients lists are & why one should or shouldn’t eat something. I was surprised to hear you mentioned wheat is inflammatory. Because dairy is too. I understand you watch out for lactose is there a coalition with the two?

I enjoy your videos. However, I package of grass fed chopped meat at $4.99 per pack x 3 = $14.97. The family pack of same is 3 packages attached to each other for $17.46. Save $2.51 by just buying 3 separate packs.

The three separate packs you're buying are 1 lb. the three-packs are three 1 and 1/3 lb packages.

Bobby thank you so much for your information on the right foods to buy. You have opened my eyes on what foods to eat and what nasty ingredients our in our foods these days. The sprouted bread you suggested is so good as well as the coconut clusters!!
