      @@HannahBoo yolk color is easy to manipulate. Chickens can be fed edible flowers such as marigold, mix turmeric in the feeds to produce deep golden yolks. Yes, they do this to deceive consumers.
      For me, the purpose of raising chickens in pasture is to care about their welfare. To let the chicken live their normal life. Or I may say, luxurious life than most of the chickens in other farms.
      As per john suscovich videos, he claims that vital farms eggs are free range eggs not pasture raised as vital farms chickens are raised in stationary barns.

    My lab is studying a bunch of different eggs and our study showed so far that nutritionally there is no significant difference between these eggs, you find the nutritional profile is different only in raw eggs but our study showed that no difference in nutritional profile after cooking and gastrointestinal digestion. It is important to know what nutrients our body is actually absorbing rather than what we have on our plate. We are further studying the combinatorial effect of hen genetics and diet on the nutritional profile of an egg.

      Now do your research comparing peoples' diets from 80 years ago and today's diets and why people these days don't last as long. Because age is controlled by the government by manipulating the human body with gmo foods. I don't even hear people lasting 80 years anymore. People are having heart attacks at 45 and not making it. That's way too young. I'm 25 and look and feel 16. My diet and fitness lifestyle is paying off already. No meat anymore either. No more headaches or chest pains. These bodily systems can be repaired, muscle tissue, hair, cardiovascular system, oxygen, blood. Everything works together like a machine. The human body has insane physical and mental capabilities. Conquer your life.

      There is much more to it than what can be seen under a microscope or some sort of test. That's all very reductionist and misses the point in my opinion. Chickens that lead a healthy natural life and eat food that chickens are DESIGNED to eat obviously will produce a healthier more nutritious egg. Things like stress and the emotional health of the animal comes into play and whether you're test can detect it or not, an energetic transfer between the foods we eat and our bodies does occur. It's all much more complex than any test can determine. Yet it's all common sense as well.

      The only issue with Vital Farms is that they use a commercial hybrid chicken that lays an egg a day and then dies of exhaustion after a year or two. Or what probably happens is Vital sells used up 18-month old chickens to dog food factories.
      For my flock I prefer heritage breeds that lay fewer eggs but live 5-7 years.

You cannot loose weight eating milk products and it is not a healthy food. Notice yogurt milk and cheese are never labeled “healthy”because they are not!
      People like this guy because he is an enabler. He lets people to continue to eat things that are bad for you. He is not educated enough to tell people to make healthy food choices. Look up WFPB diet and you can educate yourself to see this guy is not helping you live longer and healthier.

      @@joenoffsinger6376 Hi Joe, I have MS and my doctor actually recommends non-flavored, high quality yogurt as a managing tool because it has so many good bacteria other probiotics in it. I agree that most of the junk on the market is just that--junk, but I don't know if I think yogurt itself is bad. A lot of Indian and Middle Eastern people eat it with every meal.

    • @joenoffsinger6376
      @joenoffsinger6376 5 лет назад

      Anatolia I am sorry to hear about you having MS. I think MS needs a special understanding and I pray there is real research in diet for you to follow to get the best nutrition and relief from MS. Bobby in this video is clueless about nutrition and maybe he can tell people the difference between a fake and real yogurt. His and my advice should not come between you and your doctor. Bobby is a blogger and he has no consequences for his advice to anyone. From my point of view after a nutrition certification from Cornell University 99% of people can get the nutrition they need without the downside of animal products. Most Americans are consuming very little plant foods and have been tricked into animal products and cures that are needed for their consumption of animal product. IMO but discounting that I don’t know about the nutrition needs of a person with MS, you won’t need the bacteria if you stopped eating meat cheese eggs and reduced oils consumption to 10% of calories. My best wishes you look into Dr T Colin Campbell and Dr Greger for real science of diet.
