I could see it being useful since you could potentially sacrifice a handful of treasures in order to resurrect the creatures in your graveyard. But the deck is a bit light on creatures so you might not have a full enough graveyard to warrant it. Especially with the reanimation effects already in it.
@@mortycremwatch You could still run Chainer even if you don't have lifegain effects. Reanimating a Fleshbag Marauder type creature at instant speed for triple black and 3 life is already pretty good.
@@TheCommanderTavern yeah, I have fond memories of DMC 1. Still imo was the best DMC.. did like 2, even if a lot easier. Never really got into the newer ones. 😅
@@TheCommanderTavern true, I still have it somewhere. Havent touched it in years, because I can't play it on my PS5 nor could it be played on the PS4. Also I am not as good at those types of games anymore compared to when it was released. 😅🤣
No, the in-universe reprint for Rick, Steadfast Leader is this card: scryfall.com/card/slx/18/greymond-avacyns-stalwart Malik, Grim Manipulator is Negan, the Cold-Blooded.
First of all a quick Google search would've answered your question basically instantly. Secondly how would it make sense for the good protagonist guy to be a sadist who forces his enemies to choose who to execute? Do you even brain?
I had to read Malik's ability three times before I figured out how it worked! 😂😂😂
Would Lich-Kights' Conquest be a good pick for this deck?

Since the introduction of incubator tokens from March of the Machines, a token that’s a copy of a double faced card does flip!
Yup! If a token is a copy of something that transforms, if it would transform it now does! I love it when rules update for the betterment of the game.
As long as each of your opponents control a creature Malik and Demon of Dark Schemes make enough mana and energy to loop a Fleshbag Marauder effect.
Ooh! Excellent!
@@TheCommanderTavernChainer, Dementia Master would work too if you have a way to gain life from a Blood Artist effect

Glad they finally printed some of those cards

Why does he look like Dante from Devil May Cry?
This makes me want to build him actually. Because I do love DMC. :D
I see it now that you mention it!
Also, Devil May Cry is an S-tier franchise.

Why does Malik look like an evil Leon S Kennedy lol
Holy shit, you're right 🤣 lol!
Any plans for next season
More than likely I will start with Doctor Who content. Well, on the commanders shown so far, at least. I'm working on them as we speak :P

I am Negan
