not sure if you caught this, but if I remember correctly, you can only have one planeswalker of a certain type out at a time, so you wouldve had to sacrifice one of the chandras upon casting the other one.
@@MTGMuddstah really?? Wow, okay. Then I’m REALLY out of the loop. I’m assuming it follows the same legend rules as legendary creatures, then. Thanks, sorry about that :)
so just a clarification on the war doctor, when you use something like chaos wand, you exile each card individually and the war doctor will see these as separate triggers. other effects like the horn which do two cards at once will only count as one instance
Yes, and it's the same for cascade/discover - the game has to check after each card is exiled whether it meets the required condition, so each card counts as a separate instance of it going from the library into exile, hence individual War Doctor triggers. Whereas with Harnfel, you know how many you need to exile, so it's just a single instance of moving that many cards between zones
I searched YT to find superfriends gameplay, because I want to build Aminatu or Guff. And you tell us at the end, that do disassembled your Guff Deck😢 Was it to strong/weak? Or do you just dont enjoy superfriends decks? Im fairly new to magic. Do superfriends decks work in your pods?
I don't know if you intentially used an ampersand instead of a vertical bar, like you have used in your past videos, but I much prefer the ampersand for readability. I always think that the vertical like is signally a seperate topic, or tags for the video or something.
Small error with the elemental-making Chandra: she exiles them at the end of turn, not sacrifice, so Malik wouldnt have created treasures. It's the 3 mana M20 Chandra that sacrifices them.
Surprised that you didn't make Arca sacrifice four Treasures to pay for your Mystic Remora when casting the Swords to Plowshares or get the free draw at least. Also, Arca's back with a Moxfield account! Would it be possible to have Arca play that amazing Vishgraz list again?
Unfortunately Vishgraz is in pieces at the moment, but I don't think that's gonna be a forever thing - I did love that deck so I will probably rebuild it sometime. I know that Muddstah has a infect Vishgraz deck he was feeling mixed on, maybe I can convince him to try blink Vishgraz instead :P
@@CursedDeckbuilder I would be absolutely ecstatic to see your blink version again. Yours felt like an absolutely fresh take that no one else has delved into successfully.
I'm currently modifying the Doctor Who villain precon into a The Rani goad deck, but I want to get my hands on the other three decks when I have the chance.
I've been using Ryan Sinclair as my partner with the War Doctor. Been wondering if k-9 or Clara is the better option, this might influence me to lean toward her.
if you're going for power, then Susan foreman is the best since you can dump all the low cost cards and run bloodbraid elf and the like to consistently get lethal cascades on turn 4
Ahh, The War Doctor, the most broken legend I think WotC has ever made. I have a Naya One-Shot deck built around him. It uses Susan Foreman as the companion and has no 0-1 drops in the whole deck. I use one of the many cards that say "The next spell you cast has cascade" and then cast Susan Foreman from the Command Zone. Well, I exile my whole deck due to fail to finding a spell for cascade and The War Doctor gets 75+ counters. Then it is time to swing for the fences.
To me, this channel is consistently the most watchable bar none. You’re doing such a good job, dude.
It’s the minimalism for me. That’s not to say it’s low effort though. Nothing over the top but every single thing is he does is so damn clean.
Had a Negan/Malik deck for a years and happy to see him finally on RUclips. Such funny mind games even if he’s pretty mean.
Thanks so much for having us! It was a great game, though I was heartbroken that my It That Betrays didn't steal anything!

That rule has been changed a few years back actually.

Some cool commanders! Hyped to see War Doctor and Malik! Was curious about Rona too but sadly we didn't see much of her this time.

Yes, but Clara doubles triggers hence why Horn got two triggers.

@@HalcyonVenturesThank you. I was confused because The War Doctor says "one or more" so I thought it only counted in one instance.

I'll keep that in mind!

Good catch! I've got pretty much all of Chandra's in the deck, so it was easy to get them confused haha.
I see what you did there Andrew; casually hiding the dirty spots on your playmat with lands 😉😋!
That doctor really declared war with that OTK, holy shit.... that deck looks so entertaining to play!
Turns out walkers are broken when no one attacks them! Excited to see what you build after taking it apart!

Love seeing guff. It's my favorite deck can do some work love flooding the board with planeswalkers and constantly wiping the board of creatures

Excited to finally see Guff have some serious presence on the board.
War Doctor OTK was wild 😂
Any chance we can see Mat’s decklist?
Do you have a list for the Malik deck
Well War Doctor was the main Doc I was interested in building and I’m definitely going to now, that went crazy 😂
The War Doctor is a beast, if I can get my hands in a copy, I would love to build him with K-9
11:04 friendly reminder that chandra’s 3/1s get *exiled* at EOT, not *sacrificed* hopefully that two mana doesnt warp the game in arca’s favor.
Oh no - I was super out of the game at the point, the two mana would not have changed anything ;)
Damn, the War Doctor is crazy.
War doctor is so cool!

Yay another Doctor Who deck win.
Cool game, what`s with the pronouns tho? #inb4 shitstorm
