Huge banger of an album. And yeah, he does cleans on "A Truth Worth Lying For" and "In Broken Trust" (as well as on a bunch of other songs in his other band Dark Tranquillity) 🤘

This is they debut album, that have been fully released like few days ago. Vocalist of Halo Effect is original vocalist of In Flames (From Lunar Strain and Subterraean). Good album overall.
And about In Flames, they actually released 2 new singles from upcoming album, both great bangers, I highly recommend especially State of Slow Decay.
Ahh, and also main riff from Feel What I Believe was also used in Embody the Invisible, that is classic In Flames song.
And one more thing, yes, he does cleans too, not too much. He uses cleans in latest single they release.

I think it really entails that playfulness and creativity that i love with the gothenburg sound. At times brutal and still very playful with melodies, arrangement, tempo etc and sort of touches the whole spectrum of emotion and experience like u touched upon. Listening to this track i sometimes want to smash. Sometiems feel nostalgic. Sometimes happy etc. LOVED IT! There are better songs on the album though.

Dude, Mikael has great cleans, but I don't think he has cleans in this band. Try Dark Tranquility, typically the more modern stuff.
