I do cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon/evening. I'm wanting to lose fat/weight and build some strength/muscle. Is this split ok? I don't have time to do cardio after my weight workout.
This may sound weird, but I feel like I can always lift heavier and more after a cardio session. When I start with lifting, I feel like I'm trudging thru mud. Is that just me? Or is that something other people deal with?
im the same. Im just sad hearing that if i want to lose bodyfat i have to do it reverse. I love doing my cardio before (not warmup). I have more energy after.
i want to maintain musscle and keep things toned and tight but want to loss my fat and weight can i do this at same time or do i loss weight first then weights
Yes I have always done cardio first but I have been loving doing lifting first and then cardio 🎉

Same pinch! I always feel way energized after a good cardio session, I can lift better actually.😊

I find that I can only handle just doing your videos. I am not able to do both cardio and the videos at the same time. Will I still lose weight?
