I placed my ess dual on the strap that holds the battery. That way it is not as high and rear in the car. I like to believe that this gives me just a bit more uphill options.

Hi! I was wondering if this works with the High torque BEC for the Traxxas High Torque servo? The BEC has to plug into the CH2 plug but that’s where the ESS y plug is
Hi, does it work on a analog receiver? I want to use it with a Robbe Promars transmitter wich i'm using to control a 1/6 Stuart tank

Yes you need them, I am about to install it and now I’m stuck half way until the conversion kit arrives 😒
No you don’t need any other cables. You don’t need to use the T plug cable at all. The power plugs directly into the ESC of the TRX4.
Does it connect with a RedCat Everest Gen7 Pro
What engine sound did you use?
It looks pretty big, do you think the weight of it affects the crawling ability?

Am not sure if it is compatible but found a comment from a site stating "well it works on 2s 3s 6s recevers not the x-maxx 8s the ess one box sences the 8s and wont let the sound kick in ..works on my 6s cen collous truck with a seperated 7.4 lipo battery ...the x-maxx esc just wont let the ess box sound come out you have sterring and throttle just no sound" the comment is from this link ----www.ebay.com/p/25011605795
Hello RCHobby, thanks for your response regarding this matter and it really makes sense. Maybe in future there might be some device available to trick the ESS dual vehicle sound to think it’s downgrading from 8S. Hopefully traxxas comes up with theirs as well. Thanks for your help again!
