    I try to explain this to customers but the way you put it in this video is a clear strategy. We fully service our vehicles before they are put out for sale and I try to tell the customers yes, the guy down the street may have it for cheaper, but they did NO reconditioning and you are buying blindly. This Price VS Cost falls perfecting into this and is now a part of my word track. Thank you.

    As a electrician this guy has helped in the past 3 weeks and I’ve had a damn good closing rate. Today I sold 2 jobs over 3 grand and closed and installed 800 in less than a hour and a half. Listen to any “sales videos “ but this man and grant cardone are the shit!

    His wors track is from Zig Ziglars tape about a bicycle that he bought for gis grandson.
    The price of the bike was cheap, but maintenance cost was high, and that added up to higher cost.
    Thats where cost comes in being lower in the long run, than the peice you pay one time.

    Price vs cost damn good shit im starting a electric Business and this helps me so much .I know i do greT work quality safe all to or exceed Nec code. Dont be the cheapest it a miserable experience im leartthis the hard way now or i did my first 2 jobs a12 hour price turned in 60 hours .i honored my price because i gave my word the fact that he had no problem paying that price and not even offer any thing above is a learning lesson its business and people are ruthless damn lol . When i told him my next price i have too think about that wS the best thing he ever said nothing but a damn headache then i start looking at him with animosity not a good way to live in life . Thank you .

    As a customer I have already worked out payments, APR and price before going to sign...payments take care of themselves if the OTD price is solid
    I enjoy the strategy though from both sides of the deal

    If it’s a used car with no warranty the cost risk is the same either way.

      The whole idea is that the used car you’re selling has already been serviced and reconditioned to prioritize reliability and safety for the customer. Meanwhile the other dealer down the street that’s selling the same vehicle for cheaper hasn’t been service and will likely cost more to fix over time

    Hi Andy this is an awesome technique to use when the ABC dealership is a used non manufacture dealership. I would definitely use it in the case. But how would you go about this technique if it's a new car you're selling and the other ABC dealership is a new car manufacture dealership as well? Or a CPO car for that matter with factory parts and manufacture certified techs doing all the inspection and repairs.

      CPO doesn’t mean anything lol. Many times I’ve seen a “CPO” car and it’s secretly falling apart because these techs missed things.

    I understand this word track and will use it. I am also thinking that my customers are very educated and informed. I can envision them saying “okay well what did you do to the vehicle?” And to be honest my dealership takes in trades, removes the plates, and throws them in the lot. So what do I do when my customers want proof that our “cost” is going to be lower than others?

      Find something about the dealership to build value on or in. Service department, longevity of dealership, customer service, something like that.

    More peoples call me when they see my cars , and to the phone they ask me directly " What is last price? " ... even if they don't see the car live, just on websites and they ask me that .
    What should i do the right answer to not hang up my phone , and comes to see the car ? i think it's a tehnique psychology ...

      Hey thank you so much for asking about price! You see we here use expensive and very accurate software that prices all of our cars 90% to market automatically for you and I. - use a diversion technique AE teaches.... Hey name I forgot to ask which vehicle are you trading In? Financing?
      or hey have you had a chance to drive one recently? Take price out if they keep probing say I assure this we are the highest in all off the critical areas that are important to you like price, service, trade and financing. ( dealer benefits) the best manager I have ever worked with that knows more that anyone in buying cars.

    I like that you’re putting out content, but if you said that to me while selling a brand new car. I would have to pass on the sales pitch. You’re great at what you do. I just believe this wouldn’t hit home as often as it seems it should.

      I agree here cause then I’d just ask him to break that down for me so what if I buy this for more and the transmission also goes out on this how does that help do I get free service here or something? If I get a generic response well our place is just better the deal will be over because that’s opinion not fact.

    When you use words like "lethal, destroy" and talk about "negotiating with people on grounds they're not familiar with," it says to me that you don't have the consumer's best interest at heart. It says that you're working under deceptive pretenses. Probably great for getting sales and fattening your paycheck, but morally and ethically crappy. It's why I don't trust salespeople no matter what.
