For me, it didn't work unfortunately. Tried to run One Must Fall: Battlegrounds on Win 10\64 bit. The game itself is not supporting 64 bit, only 32. Which is a shame. I hope, for others this method will work fine. :)

64 - I downloaded it on my 9 year old system. Seems to work fine. If a bit slow
The problem of 32 bits OS is not fully using the PC capacities, but since you only have 4GB of ram I'd say go with 32 bits.
64 bits, My throwaway computer is working fine with it being 13 yrs old
