In this video, I Survived 100 Days Stranded Deep on an Island, here's what happened,
I'm a plane crash survivor stranded somewhere in the Pacific Ocean! Inside the Bermuda Triangle, after my pilot, Mr Beast, leaves me stranded, I spend the next 100 days fighting for survival!

you really bring this cool idea of forming your own stories in games that feel lacking in that area, it plays at the part of my brain i used all the time as a kid in stuff like minecraft and little big planet. super fun to watch ty for making things :)

Thanks. For me, the best games are always the ones that allow you to experience your own adventure that is unique to you. A lot of what I'm trying to do is share my adventure with other people and not be boring.

I played the original Stranded 1 and 2 games and this is a very faithful remake of it. The lack of HUD and goal tree was such a good feature. Also, yes, collecting everything and needing to dump things is a main part of the game

Yeah I struggle with this, my videos take too long to make with the time I have. It takes me a diabolical amount of time to upload anything and it seems to be getting worse. As of yet I'm unsure about how to fix it, other than make RUclips a full time thing or make videos that are easier to make. Thanks for the comment!

Great storytelling! Never played Stranded Deep and had no intention to do so, but after watching your video I have a sudden urge to play it.
When I saw this was nearly an hour, I really didnt think id get through it, but it was better than watching Cast Away, and I did enjoy that film. What a great way of advertising the game, its a game Ive had for year but never got into it, I know it has a huge following and I think I know what Ive been doing wrong to stop me playing, this is a game you have to put the hours to get back from it, I jumped in thinking id have a 3 bedroom house in the 1st day, I now see why it has such a following, and your video (fantasticly narrated) has given me the bug to jump in again, but take my time, its more realistic than I ever thought, maybe the flying pig was a bit out there, but who knows with the brown trousers and Mr Handzie poisoning, Ive had some great laughes watching, thanks ;)

Also 1 yukka makes 6 leaves, equals 6 water, plants harvest every 48h, so 1 yukka feeds 2 planters plus itself.

I typically run two sails and two rutters. I sit at the front rutter and just remember the key binds are backwards. It is easier to see and steer backward than it is to not see and steer regular.

Nothing is out of the question, I'm always trying to balance how competitive the RUclips space is with similar videos, and how much demand there is for those kind of videos. Minecraft always struck me as being quite a competitive space, there's a lot of good RUclipsrs out there. There is also a lot of demand though!
How are you making it across the ocean on the inflatable life-raft without being attacked and flipping the raft over by a shark, i tried that and got flipped and died soon after by the shark because i was too far from the island

Cuz your custom raft can hold more crates, can have cover constructed over you, and is powered by either wind or gas engine. The inflatable is only as fast as you can paddle, the built in storage doesn't hold a lot, and you're constantly exposed to the sun.

I play the game with a friend, and he is like you, wanting to build a huge base for prestige. While i just throw everything on the ground, base build has zero value in terms of progress lol. While i had to get used to the concept of items never despawning, once my brain comprehended that this game was weird like that ( why waste memory on a mechanic that no other game ever does, it's normal for stuff to despawn when left in the wilderness ) I just make piles at best, even tho they are equally unnecessary. just throw stuff on the floor, making a pile just forces you to open the pile and loot, when you can just loot the thing off the ground in the first place :p I guess autism ftw ?
