I purchased one about a year ago. A big step up from a wheel stand. And it’s been great in that sense. Be advised though, if you are a first timer in assembling these things, it’s going to take a lot longer than an hour to get it up and running- even with an assistant. No regrets. It’s been worth all the sweat and sailor talk. There’s just no graceful way to put one together!
It is extremely easy to build same thing with the TR8 pro. That being said, it is very important for people to understand that with the RS six with a relatively high direct drive system, it will wobble. Mainly because it only has one point on the motor mount, for those looking for a quick entry-level chassis that will work great with a Moza R5, R9 or fanatec CSL DD, it will be great. For those however they want something stronger that will support a much stronger force direct drive and have the expansion capabilities to grow with your Sim racing career. There are other chassis that will work better.
@@podium1racing thats some great info right there, next time make sure u include them in your video, ppl looking for this kind of things are primarly interested in sturdiness and overall product quality since they are constantly subjected to forces that can impact gameplay and overall experience, rather than size and ease of assembly mainly because u only do it once
@@timjackson7538 If you include the mining process to extract the iron and then the relevant processes to form that iron into tubular steel, and then the fabrication and painting etc., probably a couple of months, i would estimate.
If I order the RS6 without the seat, then would it still come with the seat slider? I have a GT Omega seat I bought secondhand and it does not have brackets nor sliders. I'd like to use it with this rig if possible.
It’s def sturdy enough for it. I think the main question that has to be answered is how much you will sim racing and will you need more in the future. My first rig I purchased was 500 bucks. It was a next level racing f-gt. Great starter but as I quickly grew in my sim racing I needed something different and ended up buying a whole different chassis. This chassis is def better than the f-gt and is small so fits well in many places. It’s going to be fine with the torque if that base. Would the TR8 pro give more? Yes but you have to make that decision. Hope this makes sense and helps some what.
I've had mine with a csl dd 8nm for a month now. It's a rock solid rig. No flex. It's definitely a 2 man job. I only had me and my 9 year old daughter and it was a pain in the ass. Also get caster wheel accessory if you need to move it.
@@SolidSL510 even so - the rs6 will still work. The main thing to consider is for expansion with additional peripherals - button boxes, stream decks etc etc. The RS6 is great just small and limited in some ways. Can withstand that drive no problem
I’ll take a look it again in the studio tomorrow. I want to say you can move the seat rails a touch to give more room. You def can on a TR8 pro which is a similar style. Stay tuned! ~ Steve

ill save u the 4 mins, summed up : ITS VERY EASY TO ASSAMBLE and thats about it, no wobble test no nothing, just cool mountage shots

How long does it take to build? 😂

Any flex on the pedal plate?
I've been looking at this rig, feels like something that would be solid but with a single monitor you could tuck it into the corner or a room.
Great unit for what it is. So much better than others out there in this range. Chandler is using one along with the rally seat full time!
What seat is that and how does it fit you. Many of the racing seats are very snug. I prefer comfort
I need a tutorial on how to install simucube mount bracket for the wheelbase. I think I have the wrong screws.

Will you recommend this with a Logitech g pro wheel base?

Okay , this will be my rig❤
But i see it comes without a seat in my country
Would this be good for a Fanatec 8nm DD setup?

How tall is it from the ground to where you sit
Can I use the dd pro
You can use the DD pro no prob. At 5nm this will be fine.

How much with chair seat please
Could someone who is 6‘6“ tall fit in it?

megaaaaaaaaaa
you know you are getting ripped off when you have to pay someone to build these things
just get a r seat p1 and be done with it
Such a sad comment lol. Clearly you know better.
2:28 that thing just looks realy small ...
