Cannabis is safer than the vast majority of FDA approved drugs which your doctor prescribes everyday. In my own experience of cannabis psychosis, the vast majority of people had previous mental health problems and smoking cannabis had aggravated their conditions. I personally would be very cautious in recommending cannabis to treat mental health problems and would advice people to eat healthily, exercise and mindfulness..
