A great satisfying treat with no added sugar. The yoghurt and the fibre in the fruit keep me feeling full and not deprived of a sweet treat. 🎉

I’m dairy free … so was having a lot of coconut milk/cream substitute- but I also have high cholesterol 😩😩😩 finding it so hard … I absolutely love cheese … and dairy… 🙂↕️
Are you inferring that cheese and dairy cause high cholesterol, or? The cholesterol you eat does not equate to the cholesterol on your blood panel. They are two entirely different things.
For your information Autumn, cottage pie is made with minced beef, shepherd's is with lamb, just wanted to share it ha-ha; I'm not against your recipe, I used to make it when I had beef into my daily nutrition. As for the jam, I do approve, and chia seeds can be substituted with flaxseeds. I prefer zucchini pasta and cauliflower rice over typical pasta and rice. Since you consume red meat more than I do, I am certain chili con carne which is one of my favorite delicious too :). Much love
I just bought the new summer meal plan. Trying to wrap my head around the no counting calories or macros! After a lifetime of being focused on both it seems an impossible leap to manage portion size without them! Any advice?
Focus on the protein! You'll be surprised how full/satiated you get that it would be hard to eat as much as you are thinking when you are used to more carbs (it's so easy to eat a whole bag of potato chips! Can only eat so much chicken, ground beef, eggs, etc)

I need to eat things that do NOT use protien powders.. and any other prepared package suppliments. I live on a farm, 2 large gardens, home raised meats, go fishing... nearest tiny walmart 36 miles away. That stuff is $$ and not available.
