    I've had one cortisone shot and I was feeling great for a couple o months, but like you said, it came back worse.
    Quick question, in other videos you said to heat the elbow a lot, multiple times a day to help blood flow and this would help with healing. Now you said it's more of a pain relief?
    Anyway, love your videos.

      Sorry to hear that! Yes, heat the heck out of it - the heat does both - increases the circulation, which kickstarts the healing process, and decreases muscle tension which helps it feel better. ❤️‍🩹
