      People love to half ass nutrition only to run up the price of nutrients. Try not to share this info! Grains not only dehydrate the body, the gliaden in the gluten in the wheat causes false DNA signaling causing the cells to be reproduced a little more warped than usual slowly dragging down the body to failure!!!! And most grains will only lead to insulin resistance and near permanent arthritis and joint damage. There is a reason why athletes who run contests such as the Western States Race a 100 mile run across the Sierra Nevada Mtn rainge suck down lots and lots of natural anti -inflammatories! EPA is our main natural anti-inflammatory. And sulphur is our second greatest natural anti-infammatory! And DHA is our main structural lipid! Get OFF the grains because they will only cause dehydration and eventual mitochondrial pathology. Eat Salmon for the DHA and EPA. Eat onions, garlic, chives, leeks for the sulphur and supplement with MSM, Chondrotin, Hylauronic acid, glucosamine and other vital nutrients for the joints! As we degenerate human lose the ability to utilize ALA fats, so ingest 2 grams of borage oil for the lack of the enzyme to ingest ALA fats. And sqaush the rest of body's destroying chronic inflammation by Ingesting 1 gram of curcumin, 1 gram of ceylon cinnanamon, half tsp of freshly grinded clove powder and 500mg to 1 gram of EGCG!
      We only have so much bone marrow cells in our bones to make hemaglobin to carry oaxygen through our bodies, and it can take years to repair lung tissue!!!! So do nt neglect the fish fats and try a 1/4 dose of Hemplex to try and maintain your bone marrow cells for as long as possible!!!!
      Since you've caused a lot of damage to your DNA by now, I would research the current research on telomerase repair research that will repair the end caps of your DNA possibly reversing some years of your degeneration. The telomerase nutrition won't be cheap, but worth every penny of an extra $100 a month! ISagenix was the premier teloerase nutrition company 10 years. I can only imagine what advancements Bill Andrews and Dr Michael Colgan have made since!!! Save this webpage URL and hit me back in 6 months and tell me how you feel!

    Ronnie is an inspiration but he needs to adapt his training to his body’s needs. Doing all these partial range-of-motion weight swinging stereotypical bro lifts are just going to get him back into pain again and more surgeries. Knowing his personality, the second he feels a little better he’ll start pushing the limits. The dude has a literal metal cage on his spine and he’s actually doing cheat curls, swinging the weight around because that’s the only training style he ever learned. That’s not how you’re supposed to lift when you’re 60 years old and 10 spine surgeries deep, any physical therapist or doctor of any kind will tell you.

    No doubt, Ronnie Coleman was the VERY BEST!!!!!.
    Now, in his golden years, he is paying the ULTIMATE PRICE with his health..Is it really worth it ????. Putting one’s body through that much TORTURE just to end up in such a state of health.. I wish him the very best of everything for the rest of his life..
    He truly showed the world what our body is capable of doing if we push it to the brink.

    • @kipponi
      @kipponi 4 месяца назад +1

      Yes and too much is too much. Body can take some torture but 110% you blow yourself somewhere. Usually weakest muscles.

      @@kipponi 💯 agreed.. I’m now in my early 60s having almost the same issues just like Ronnie even though I did not get anywhere close to his workout ethics. The heaviest dumbbells I ever used ( as a young man,working out) was 75 pounds. Of course, I did some other lifting, now I’m feeling the pain. I still go to the gym just for therapeutic purposes. So, folks be very careful because your body may pay the price as you get older.
      Just try not to OVERDO IT !!!!!.

    I love Ronnie so much. I just wish he'd lay off the weights for a whole year, let his body heal COMPLETELY.
    I know its hard because that's all he has ever known, but his health is more important now. We all know he was the best there ever was. I just want him to be the healthiest and pain free-est there ever was now!

    Il a l'air heureux malgré les épreuves, c'est un sportif de haut niveau qui connaît l abnégation et le courage doté d'une détermination sans faille ! Admirable, il vit sa vie et ses rêves au lieu de les contempler comme certain médisants, qui ne savent que critiquer et rien d'autre !
