I know everyone's been wanting this episode, but I personally think that if you dedicate an entire episode to making someone break, that it's going to backfire. She can handle the pressure. You have to catch her by surprise.

That could mean that some projects get started again long before the strike ends, but I don't know if that is more or less likely with this project.
