Which model can take either a PDF, or other file created by Adobe Illustrator like SVG, upload a large sewing pattern file and cut each page of the pattern? Typical baby patterns are under 10 pages, but regular size adults can be 30-50 pages. Plus even more.

Though the low-tack mat is not as tacky as our standard mat, it will still survive through many cuts of varying materials. Mat's are recommended for various uses. Our standard mat is made for cutting substantial materials such as painted canvas, chipboard, cardboard, denim, leather, heavy and regular cardstock, glittered cardstock, and more. This mat was created to be able to support thicker, more difficult-to-cut materials than our low-tack mat. We also produce a fabric support sheet to help make sure the fabric is secured during the cutting process - that can be used multiple times, removed, and re-applied to your mat. ~pw

The Brother ScanNCut SDX series is not able to cut icing or fondant. This series of machine has been tested on various other materials and can be recommended to cut the materials listed in the link below (the SDX85M is shown as an example) : support.brother.com/g/b/faqend.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=hf_sdx85meus&faqid=faqh00101049_000
Love these machines, but their usefulness is seriously hobbled by the lack of support for fiducials. Getting prints and cuts lined up is a painful process whether using the the tiny onboard screen or using Canvas workspace. Please give the machine the ability to work with fiducials!

Our Brother Authorized Dealer models, the SDX325 and the SDX330D come with the ability to scan and cut on the 12"x24" mat and can import PES applique files. The SDX230Di also has these features.
