I watched your video with the high hydrant pizza dough looks perfect, I just didn't see the bottom of the pizza as it was baked. and finally do you recommend this oven as someone who has worked on it? Hello Julio, I have a similar pizza oven Cuponne tiepolo. Does it make sense for me to put a Saputto stone in it? I will certainly improve the characteristics of the stove, I'm just afraid that the temperature might be too low for that stone? Thank you 😊
