I’ve been dieting lately and have lost almost 40 pounds and I’m torturing myself watching Vito make these delicious looking pizzas. I even subscribed to his channel. Can’t wait until I get back to my high school weight of 205 so I can incorporate pizza back into rotation at least once a week while still maintaining the rest of the diet I’m currently on. I was a little over 290 but I’ll get there. Only 50 pounds to go.
pizza looks amazing, sure. but above 700€. If you're on a budget, I can only suggest you get the Ariete 909 (or Ferari G3) for around 80€. Pizza looks amazing in these as well
Yeah I agree. I would love to have this oven but I got a good version of a cheap clamshell delivered for equiv of $60 USD and I have made hundreds of pizzas with it. It's not perfect for authentic neapolitan style but I am very happy with it and would recommend it for many reasons.
If you're on a Budget, I recommend the Unold Luigi. Bought it 6 weeks ago and already made around 50 pizzas and various other dishes. It's 200€ but it's worth every cent!
@@alunjprice thank you! That does look legit. Man, appears you need a 220v connection to run it... doesn't look widely available in US other than website that I'm not entirely sure I trust. The HA version appears wider too for ability to make a little bit bigger pizza
as always Vito it was a pleasure to watch another of your video and thank you for showing us the way to make incredible pizza. You changed my pizza game forever
Hey Vito, would you be able to review the Ooni volt 12? I would love to hear your thought on that one as it’s garnering a lot of attention. Thanks, have a wonderful day!
What do think about the EffeUno 150H pizza oven inner dimensions 19 inches 50x50 cm pizza , I was wondering if i could use this for Neapolitan pizza ? According to the manufacturer website is no This is what they say , This model is not recommended for baking Neapolitan pizza and CANNOT be equipped with biscotto clay. This oven is perfect for baking pan pizzas, frozen pizzas, pinsa, focaccia and simple pastry products. I don’t understand why not ? Please advise when you can Thank you
I'm looking for a pizza oven for home, what is your opinion: should I buy an electric oven (Effeuno) or an gas oven (Ooni / Gozney)? I'm in an pickle and don't know what to buy...
Hi there! Another great video! When I make my dough as per the Ooni manual why does it always "Snap back / Pull back" when I stretch it out. Even if I roll it out with a rolling pin, it will slowly creep back. I must be doing something obviously wrong. Any ideas? Thank you very much, indeed!
Whether its a brick wood burning pizza oven. A gas or an electric. ALL Ovens are Flawed! The intesity of the heat is Uneven. The Pros use a pizza turner. @6:53 notice the burned crust? (Vito slipped up) If you want a perfectly cooked pizza, you cannot just drop it in and forget it. You MUST ALWAYS keep the Pizza spinning.
Is it possible to make foccacia with the oven you have under the big oven? Whah temperature would you set up at the top and bottom? And for how long? Thanks maestro
I ordered a pizza from a well reviewed place near me (UK) at 2am on a Friday night. What arrived was truly dreadful. Soggy middle , cheap toppings that all slipped off the base. After two slices I fell ill. And this was a place with a proper brick pizza oven! Anyway that’s why I’m here… I want to make my own Neapolitan style pizzas. It may seem expensive but that terrible pizza cost me £20 and a day of nursing a bad tummy!
So glad I found your channel. I’m a fairly new subscriber and I have already used several of your techniques while making pizzas in my Blackstone Pizza Oven. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Vito, great channel and amazing content, I've learned so much from watching you. Can you please make a video on how to make pizza outdoors in the summer day and preserve the dough without overproofing? Thank you, and keep up the good work.
The Effeuno is 100% the best pizza oven in the segment of electric pizza ovens. Also, the price with around 700 bucks isn't bad at all. A similar gas oven would cost the same and depending on your use case you might want to have an electric oven over a gas oven.
This oven is a fair bit more than that, but you get 500c, the biscotto and the extra headroom for making bread and cakes, so it’s still good value for money. I’ve not tried Gozney ovens, but this oven blows away anything that Ooni does.
Im from Brazil and there is a place where they sell it.... my only concern is that we have to open and turn the pizza to bake the other side. Seems that in the smaller version this is not necessary.
Vito can you make a video with the electric pizza oven, I see many restaurants nowadays use electric pizza oven that looks like a wood oven they're huge
Hi I’m looking to buy the Effeuno 234h which looks like is the same one in your video but double deck Does anyone know if it’s the same performance as the single deck one? Great video!
Hello Vito, i have a special question. The prices of this Electric ovens are similar with a used electric oven from the restaurants ( electric one). Do you have any experience with the bigger electric ovens which are used in the restaurants? Like PIZZAGROUP Entry Max 4 ect.. I really appreciate your answer!
I cant help to notice that this oven doesn't manage to make a proper leopard pattern in the crust. Its due to the height of the oven. If the oven is low (regular pizza oven), the dough will rise and the bubbles will rise even more. Now, as the bubbles are the closest to the overheat, they turn black and turn into an authentic leopard pattern. Due to the hight of thia oven, the rise and the bubbles won't produce significant temperature change and will therefore brown evenly without the pattern. For me a big no.
It is thanks for the video Vito, I am Italian and I live in Canada Toronto, I tried to make a shipment dell Effeuno oven p134HA arrived broken, from Italy, I was very sorry, in fact it is very difficult to find here a similar oven.
Isn't it like £1400? Not surprised its good for that price, not worth it though man; for that money you're better off having a genuine woodfired or gasfired stove

I borrowed the short one once, and then actually ended up buying the tall one (P134HA). I now appreciate having the extra vertical space when launching the pizza without always worrying about hitting the heating element. I haven't actually used it for any especially tall breads or similar, the possibility is there.
@@俞济宪 absolutely, neopolitan pizza is what it excels at Edit: Sorry, misread your question. I couldn't find any difference in the actual pizzas, they were both excellent
Hello Vito, in Germany no one is able to specify (Effeuno) what temperatures are needed above and below to get just a strong browning of the crust, but not a leopard pattern. So for once my goal is not leopard print. Who knows anything about it? I would be very happy about an answer Greetings Rudi
2 weeks straight- pretty much EVERYDAY I cranked my oven to the highest setting - then 😢 as I was cleaning out the bottom, as I lifted the baking/bottom heating element- bam/crack like where was the FRAGILE warning- didn’t do anything different than I have over the last couple decades…… yeah- I can’t bake - I can’t make pizza - 😢
