For everyone information WHY this is happening (not detailed in the video) is because China is now Saudi Arabia's biggest partner, and if you are going to ask WHY did Iran want to join and even choose to end this war with the KSA - because this is Iran's best opportunity to join and prove commitment to China and gain trade deals and relationship. What Iran wants is military training and bilateral exercise with the PLA. This is actually much deeper than expected because when Iran proposed to China on joining BRICS they actually fulfilled all terms and conditions

First, let us be completely neutral. The beginning of the matter was not in 2014, but rather it is old since the nineties and was in order to obtain power after its independence from British colonialism, and the conflict developed after 10 years of peace until the Houthis entered as a new party in the battle. The Houthis essentially constituted a threat in the region. Being against a legitimate government committed to international law and elected by the people, the Houthis allied with Iran to become a proxy war. As a result, Saudi Arabia ended up intervening to help the legitimate government. Currently, there is still an agreement on a truce, especially after pressure from China on Iran to stop interfering in the Middle East. Thus, Al-Houthi became in a weak stage because Iran did not continue to support him. What is interesting is that Saudi Arabia did not take any step after that as an indication of its commitment to international law until an agreement was reached to end the war peacefully between the Houthi and Yemeni parties.
