    Was looking for a bread recipe without eggs and yeast due to histamine intolerance. Found your recipe. It was very easy to make. I have never tasted home-made bread that was as delicious as this one. Thank you so much for sharing this!

    I have been attempting gluten free vegan bread for 18 months now & this is the very first time I actually liked the taste. I did make a few subtle changes. Used chia seeds instead of psyllium husk. Enough seeds to make the water gluey. Used almond flour instead of rice flour. The mixture was wetter, so I used a loaf pan. Cooked at 190 for approximately 60 mins & it was perfect. Thank you

      How much chia did you used and water? I made another bread of elavegan. But the taste was special. Was that because of the phyllisuym ? Thx a lot. It look really good this recepi. I have to eat fodmap

    Thank you so much for this amazing recipe. I made it today and it's incredible! I can't get over how much it rises and the soft texture inside. I did add a tsp of cider vinegar to the water to help activate the baking soda but it still turned out exactly like yours. I'm so happy. Thank you again x

    We've made this bread several times and it always turns out perfect. We do live in high elevation though so we end up using more tapioca flour than suggested in recipe to get it to the right consistency. Also, last night we doubled the recipe and made a bigger loaf for bigger slices. Our middle child can't have gluten or yeast bread atm and he really enjoys this one. We all really like it too (fam of 5).

    Turned out beautifully! Thank you! - question about the psyllium - I know it essential - would ground chia work just as well? I saw a comment that someone used it but not how much The only problem with this bread is that although very tasty I can't eat very much with all that fibre! I can't use gums and think psyllium is the only option (someone online said almond flour but I don't think that is mucilagenous enough :) ) BTW you are right about weighing - using measurement was no where near as nice.

      Try the double amount of ground chia seeds, but the bread won't rise much. :)

      Hi. I live in a very small town in South Africa & cant get buckwheat flour or psyllium, and its v expensive if i order online 😕 ~ could i sub with flax instead of psyllium, and which would be the best option in place of the buckwheat ? I also try & keep the cost down ... tks sweetpea 💟😘

    Hi Ela, danke für deine tollen Rezepte. Sag mal, wie kann ich das Reismehl ersetzen. Reis ist ja grundsätzlich mit Arsen kontaminiert, das würde ich nicht so gerne nehmen. Wie könnte ich das ersetzen, hast du eine Idee ?

      Hi, no, that won't work. You might try a smaller amount of xanthan gum with less water.

    Hello I am so glad that I found you on nine. I have been craving bread. I have so many allergies I am Celiac which I have to eat gluten free. I am also allergic to eggs and yeast. I was wondering when I could use to replace the chickpea flour and buckwheat flour because I can't have those either. I really liked your video I'm hoping that I can find some on muffins also

    Ciao, sono contenta di questa ricetta. Anche io ho provato a fare pane con farina di legumi, farina di riso e grano saraceno. Uso anche io gel di psillio, ma purtroppo anche dopo 1 ora e passa di gorno ad alta temperatura a scalare, quando lo taglio è molliccio e crudo dentro. Dove sbaglio????       Hey! You can make some modifications. Please read through the comments on my blog, there are some people who used lentil flour, etc. I wouldn't skip the tapioca though. :)

      Psyllium husk makes it a bread so you can't skip it. You will have to make yeast bread

    On your website the ammount of Psyllium husk powder is 3Tbsp or 30g. When I added 3 Tbsp it came out 13g. Is your 30 g correct or is it have to be 3 Tbsp? Please help

      You need to use powder, not whole. I measured it many times, and 3 tablespoons of the powder are 30 grams. Always follow the weight measurements, though.
