      @@RSimpleHome wow, today's the second time I am making it and it turned out great!!! I need to avoid some grains and bread is always a struggle. So glad I found your recipe.
      I had to adapt the recipe a bit and used 500ml of water, 8 smallish teaspoons of psyllium husks, 150g of chickpea flour and 350g of buckwheat flour. I didn't need additional water, just some more flour to make the dough less sticky on the outside.
      THANK YOU for making the effort to put your recipe online!! You've helped me a lot.

      With hand: I would first combine the dry ingredients (except the psylliumhusk), then combine all the water with the psyllium husk, then work everything together right away. It takes a while until everything is nice combined.

    Second attempt on this as the psyllium and plant based ingredients inspire. Forgot the second water addition here on first try and won’t even explain what I attempted to do to try to salvage. On second attempt, Found a conversion calculator online as in US and don’t understand euro table /measurements and used the Breville food processor to mix as I don’t have the machine enclosed. Tried not to over mix and at present the bread is in the smart oven baking. Fingers crossed. I enjoy finding recipes that include psyllium to sneak in as I find the taste/texture horrid to mix in a drink and ingest. Love the fiber content of it. Thank you for the recipe 🙏🏻🙂

    Ciao, dono contentissima di questo video, mi serviva . Ho 1 domanda però: 500ml x lo psillio e 320 anc nella planetaria (820ml x 500 gr farine) mi sembra tanto, da cosa dipende?? Grazie x la risposta cara 😊😊😊

    • @RSimpleHome
      @RSimpleHome  10 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you!😊 Mix the 500 ml Water with the psyllium husk and let it rest for about 15 min. It will get like egg or gel. The psyllium husk needs the water in order to work. The other 320 ml Water goes in later when you put in all the other ingredients. I hope this clarifies your questions. Happy Baking! 😊

    Sorry to say this recipe was a waste of ingredients and time for me. I recommend not making this recipe without a good dough mixer, as my strong blender couldn't handle the psyllium mixture, which immediately hardened (maybe it should be 6 teaspoons) into an unmixable lump together with the dry ingredients, even though I added more water than stated.
