    200g fave beans (peeled)

    35g rice Koji (rice malt)
    40g salt
    30g powdered chili pepper

    1 piece fresh ginger
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    15g salted kelp
    1/3 carrot
    3 tbsp Sake
    2 tbsp Mirin

    1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tblp sesame oil
    [Green Shiso & miso shumai]
    200g minced chicken thigh
    10 green Shiso
    1/2 Japanese leek
    1 tbsp Miso
    2 tsp potato starch
    25 pieces Shumai wrapper
    [Chinese-style steamed pork with spicy sauce]
    200g pork belly block
    1 cucumber
    1 clove garlic
    1 piece ginger
    1 tsp oligosaccharide
    1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp bean sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    [Herb grilled chicken wings and potatoes]
    5 chicken wings
    2 potatoes
    A little salt
    A little black pepper
    Appropriate amount olive oil
    Appropriate amount herbs of your choice (thyme, oregano, rosemary, etc.)
    *Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
    [Kiwi dressing]
    1 piece kiwi
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tbsp wine vinegar
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp honey
