    150g bread flour (Haru-yo-koi)
    100g all purpose flour
    2g dry yeast
    2g malt powder
    5g salt
    180ml water

    * Bake in a steam oven at 300 degrees for 5 minutes, then remove the cookie sheet and lower the temperature to 230 degrees for 10 minutes.
