Austin basically lists the purchase of the property as a business expense, as he uses the property to make his videos. Tax deductions for business expenses are incentives for the business, so that they can make that investment in lieu of making large profit in the future, and paying big amounts of taxes to the government as income tax. What I don't understand which bank in their right mind gave Austin McBroom a 10 million dollar loan on a house?

This is my opinion: 1) im sure austin has an attorney well before the event took place due to their rising fame and assets. Therefore, if he does or did not have an attorney, how can he not know the history of LXL prior to signing any contract??? Any business man would research before signing any contract. 2) what if austin did know LXL background and alll this is planned between austin and LXL? He is already is debt and home is at risk....yet he does a deal with a shady company, knowing whatever funds they get from the event, like this vedio mentions, is paying prior LXL legal fees, and funds are transfered to austin behind scenes, and LXL files bankruptcy and walks away without paying anyone...and austin has the funds and then later splits with LXL on the side lowkey....this is my conspirscy theory
