I use to study like hours. Get things done. But i know the moment i start to procrastinate, it is going to be hard for me to go back and finish the work. So in order to finish work, just start right away.

I'm so tired of people on youtube going over the same old techniques to beat procrastination that aren't even practical, so it's good to see different productivity content on here sometimes. I think you hit the nail on the head for me. Over the last year, I've watched so many videos about procrastination, and I'm mostly doing OK, except that for an entire week every 1-2 months, I'll get into this "mood" where I can't do anything other than scroll endlessly, and it feels awful! However, no one has put the "finishing line" perspective like you have, and I think that was the missing piece. I'm definitely going to apply this in my life from now on! This content is amazing, I just subscribed. I can't wait to see what else you come up with in the future!

I've tried he Hemingway idea a few times but it set my workflow off so much that I didn't want to do it any longer. But other than that, really good advices which I'll start to incorporate into my life.

I’m the worst procrastinator in the history of procrastination and that sort of stress is never needed. Changing your perception of how you see the work I think is one of the key points you noted on. It's not that I procrastinate because I don't want to get things done it's that I genuinely don't like the work I am supposed to be doing which makes it 10 times more difficult to get work done.
But the question for me is, I think, how bad is the work you're supposed to be doing, and are you making it out in your head to be worse than it really is? :)

I get you, but also try and be kind to yourself and understand why you're procrastinating... then try to work on solving that :)
