I had top surgery back in July. Throughout the whole process, I always listen to your audiobook bit by bit during the trip to my appointments. Had another appointment today. Almost done listening and it has been quite reassuring.

Reading your book is so much fun,educating, and comforting knowing somebody else’s process. I love your story and what you have to say. Also, I only just clicked on the fact your username isn't Skylarke Leven, but rather Skylark Eleven. can someone who has the similar experience explain how is balding dysphoria inducing? honest question. my dysphoria is very different so I don't really understand it. I mean sure, I wouldn't want to loose hair, but it is more of an age thing than dysphoria thing. But also I am 35 so it wouldn't really be that odd... anyway any insight is appreceated.

Hi! I am a young tamarind man and I am so impressed with you and how you have come here searching for advice for your kid. That really shows you care about your kid. I am not someone who likes to talk about my feelings and I don’t know what your kid is like but I think the best option is to really to just show your kid you love them and ask them what they want and try to get on the same page. Maybe also let your kid know that they’re are not alone and there are people like him and me out there whenever he needs it. I wish you all happy times and joyful thoughts! :)
