Isn't it recommended to make grind adjustments while the motor is running?

My guess is that when using the bellows, you forced the adjustable burr down into the stationary burr, and then the collar bound against the rotating adjustment ring

The grinds are taking up space in between the burrs. Let the grinders spin freely, then make your adjustment all the way down to burr touch. Then turn it off and see how easily it moves through the range. What you’re doing in your video is trying to compress two birds together that have ground coffee in between them. not gonna happen

you are not doing it right alway find your zero point when the motor is running.. you tight it slowly and when you heard flat but toutching you get you zero point, in fact you always need to adjust while the motor is running with all grinder its better...
