The only button lock that can give it a run for the money, is the Alliance Designs Slim Pickens (Full Size Model)-but they are as rare as hens teeth!@@RedwolfEDC
My nit picks with MY Freeman 451, in no order. Its action doesn't allow for reverse flick. It's either slow roll or flipper. Maybe if I loosened the pivot, but it has a nut on 1 side and is free spinning. Put 2 torx and make it easier for the consumer to take apart. The grind is weird, IMO. It's a thick blade and it doesn't hide it. Other thick blades cut better, ie. Curtiss F3, Brown Servo and FSD, MT Socom. I get the anesthetics, but why not make it a full flat or hollow grind? The clip could be a little deeper, that's a lot of knife sticking out of the pocket. My 451 carries smaller than it actually is and there's no rattling. It has solid lockup with no play, like other button locks. Have you looked into the Spartan Pallas? Thanks for the video.
buy one aftermarket.. deep carry clips are useless. Makes it harder to get knife out of your pocket.. Most people use them to hide the fact they have a knife but the pocket clip reinforces the fact that you have a knife So what is the real purpose
@@a.k.vollmer5200 ok so what purpose does a deep carry clip serve for you? I'm curious.. most like them cause it hides the fact they carry a knife. So I'm generally curious why you like them
@@jpolhamus71 i just don’t really like the look of this clip. I prefer the look of the deep carry clips. Cleaner look on some of my khakis and dress pants I wear to work too.
Right on Kyle a friend gifted me a 451 talk about completely blown away damn she's smooth.
I just bought this blade, curious to see your review!...I have the Sasquatch version
I've owned quite a few over the years, it's a great knife and this most recent release is the best of the bunch.

My 451 spydie flicks with ease!! It took a day to break in But the reverse flick is my main way I open it!! 🤔
Has yours broke in yet?
@@David_DY it's pretty much broke in. I got it used. Maybe it needs to be cleaned. But the spinning pivot isn't fun to take apart.
@@amandoreyes6780 Just saw your comment..lol Anyways hope you got it figured out!! 👊🏻
The pocket clip also should be reengineered to be deeper carry in my opinion
