You're not the only one who hates Eren killing his own mother. Especially not when the reason for this is "it isn't Bertholt's time." What kind of reasoning is that?

@@starknight103 Exactly. You'd think that with such a traumatic death of his mother that he would give anything to reverse it. But nope, he decided to kill her himself to give him motivation which he doesn't need to save someone who could have just died right then and there. Hell, the fact that he can control Titans means he could have ended all the warriors but actively chose not to so the plot could happen.
@@TheDon266 My friend Michael Talks Anime talked about a fundamental problem with season 4 of Attack on Titan and it is the fact that the story doesn't attempt to make negotiation. He even reminds us that even Naruto attempted to negotiations between warring factions 3 times in the story and even Bleach attempted to have a negotiation between the Quinces and the Soul Reapers. But Attack on Titan the quote-on-quote smart anime can't even make negotiations happen many people claimed to be.
@@starknight103 Yeah. It's even more annoying because Armin talks his way out of being shot by the Marleyans and evades the wrath of the Yeagerists with zero consequences and no way of attaining peace. The story just pretends he does only to then turn back and say "oh yeah humans are still killing each other because that's what mankind really is" and it honestly didn't even have to be if he and Mikasa didn't lie to the soldiers and actually give up Eren's head as proof instead of giving him a grave that he doesn't deserve.
@@TheDon266 A lot of people in the comments of that video said that they did try to make negotiations. But in the response video, he made later my friend shows that they simply attended a negotiation he even uses panels from the manga to show that they simply attended the negotiation. He even reminded people how the 50-year plan is also a terrible plan.

I dont think I am gonna make a video like this on FMAB, but its in my top 10 favorite anime (not including manga)
