From experience, I will say that trying to skip the limbo with a new relationship will invariably land you with another Narc. You won't take as long to figure things out as the first time around, but you'll still lose a lot of time that you should have used to FIND YOURSELF. Thank you, Steph, for another great reminder that THIS IS OUR TIME. It's now or never! ❤

I have been watching Stephanie for the past 5 years, she's so transparent, putting on her make up and still encouraging us.
As a victim of covert narcissistic abuse, I'm thankful for her support, wisdom and knowledge! After a 40 year marriage, I have no idea where I'm going to live, but I will have peace.

I healed I have actually done this methodical list, working out, focusing 100% on financial goals and hobbies which brought me closer to me. Today I am the happiest, proud, grateful and thankful for this self discovery and time. It was nice to see a woman put make up again I realized I missed that..❤❤❤video.

Thank you Stephanie for this message. I was just thinking to myself I am not where I use to be thank God!!! but I’m definitely not where I completely want to be mentally and emotionally. I’ve been broken up with my ex for almost 2 years now and I still cry and get sad at times. I am constantly doing the work to heal but for some reason I still feel stuck at times. But thanks to your message I know this is a part of the journey 🙏🏾. Thanks again and God bless you and your family!

I needed to hear this, I was discarded by my wife of 15yrs just over 6 months ago. I’ve done a lot of healing and thought I was ready to date so had been seeing someone for the last 2weeks, but I suddenly developed feelings of being overwhelmed and caged in. I realised I was trying to skip to the next chapter of my life rather than just finishing this one which involves focusing on me and my healing. I broke it off with her and I felt instantly that I had done the right thing. I just want to be happy on my own and enjoy my journey for now. Currently in Bali with some good friends having a blast. Thanks Stephanie ❤

Very similar situation here, and equally similar process being taken as Stephanie recommemds. Taking time to really heal, and unlearning alot of the things that keep me stuck. My situation is far from over (kids, Home etc still be battled over), but overall trying to do the self parenting thing and loving me is a priority. Good luck on your journey. None of us signed up for the Narc nightmare but we get to change the outcome by learning and growing on our own before re-tethering 😊 if we opt to do that at all.

i am working super duper hard on myself and i am amazed and offended that you would even suggest otherwise. you don't know me :) (just kidding) what i am not kidding about is that this is one of the coolest life coach / personal development / pep talk videos i have ever seen, like, ever :) the fact that you are slaying potentially self sabotaging propensities with productive / motivational helpful ideas and real talk while getting ready and doing makeup in a very matter of fact real efficient manner (because things need to get done) is epic. what a treat to get to have such a personal type moment where you are real, vulnerable, yet so assured and strong and open is so cool :) even though i do not wear makeup (even though the 80s post punk goth in me sort of wishes i was not too old to start wearing eye shadow and eye liner, and wishes i had started the habit early in life like robert smith, siouxsie and the banshees, etc so i can say 'this has always been me and i am not changing) except in my case maybe a little more refined smokey eye with black eyeliner, leaning towards classic kohl Egyptian, meets, pirates of the Caribbean (without the personal life trauma / drama) meets the cure meets Siouxsie Sioux meets maybe like 1920s silent film stars, and a little Metropolis filmage, meets contemporary male non gay male non trans who then has to deal with gay males, ironically, but still wearing girls skinny jeans and tall boots, and into natural born females), maybe like 1980s inxs, and maybe Nagel 1980s suburban valley mall poster shop aluminum framed poster print), i do very much enjoy watching females do their makeup (for a multitude of reasons, chief among them being that it is art and personal expression on the self as canvas, and is centralized in for the most part emphasizing / enhancing already existing beauty, or, in some cases, changing / manipulating to gain features not thoroughly present, personal facial features). i also like that its real and vulnerable and you get to enjoy the transformation of ones naturalness to their decidedly best and most expressive (or socially acceptable for public appearances) self :) you are very beautiful in any case, but that little get ready session was very fun, and quite peppy :) thank you :)

😢@toxic relationships & heartbreak. Thank you Stephanie for highlighting the need to be aware of my own needs: time for reflection, self-assessment & goal-setting for self-fulfilment & growth & achieving much-needed balance. This year 2024 I find a need to focus on what I need to do to achieve what I want: a healthy body that feels good & energized. I have tried switching vitamin supplements, am still struggling with my sleep issues due to menopause & basically struggling to cope with demands of running a household with the malaise & constant fatigue caused by my health issues. The lack of good sleep is affecting every part of my life as I am trying to wean myself out of sleeping pill addiction as the pills were part of my medications for so many decades. It is honestly a real struggle. Watching your video encourages me to put myself first so that I can serve my family better with better health. ❤ May you always be blessed for always trying to help & be a light for those trying to find the light in the tunnel. 🙏💪👍

Slowly getting myself together, sorting my life out, getting back into hobbies, decluttering.
(Also dealing with perimenoupausal symptoms, it Sucks! Getting this addressed with my doctor this week...)
However, I have no desire to engage with people whatsoever. Is this normal?

    Hello Stephanie,
Thank You for the contribution to my day. I wish to go new ways. I travelled through Europe for months. I got better. And worse. I find it really hard to trust people. They offer me so much but I am scared of being also tribally gaslight again. I decided I would see to take one hour of coaching or therapy a week and learn something that way from someone each week. Also I decided to write at least three messages a day to people to ask for help to heal.
Thank You for actually deciding to be authentic. To not put up a show to get views but to communicate on a human level.
Can You recommend Forums and groups for people who wish to support each other on their healing way?
I wish You all the best,
    May you be well :)
    James

@@dancingcloud8557 Seems to me that that's all anyone does any more, to everyone's detriment.
I believe in putting yourself first but to do that properly you have to take the whole context of your life into account. When you fully take in that context, you come to realize that everyone has the same rights that you do and when you stomp on others you're declaring their right to stomp on you. Therefore, as paradoxical as this might sound, to put yourself first means to treat everyone as an equal. Not better or worse, strictly equal.
IOW, putting yourself first means not putting anyone else below (or above) you. Deal in _justice,_ treating everyone precisely as they _deserve,_ giving exactly what they've _earned_ from you, good or bad. And don't expect (or worse, demand) any different treatment from anyone else.
But back to my questions: Again, I can't take seriously anyone who makes a video like this. It's insulting to the audience and it's a perfect example of putting yourself above everyone else.
Stephanie has made enough in-the-car vids that, after this one on top of those, I have yet to come up with a reason to continue subscribing. And I'm honestly trying to.

Please! Keep your postings on a professional level. Watching you applying makeup and fussing with your hair during the presentation is a big No No. Be healthy and parent yourself. I have learned a great deal from watching your videos and appreciate your advice and guidance. But opening the link to view today’s post was very disappointing and frustrating. Watching your actions of personal grooming and listening to the verbal message was giving mixed signals. You can do better. So do the work and set the example for your viewers. 😮😢😊
