I quit my nightly glass or two of wine to help me sleep about a month ago. I have lost just about 10 lbs in 4 weeks from just doing that! Ty doc for your knowledge you share with us! ❤
I have problem with portion because my stomach is as small as my fist but my appetite is as big as a table, And problem sleeping too sometimes I woke up until morning and if that continue for two days I can see I walk like a drunk. Another problem is junk foods because junk foods is so addicted.
Dr Mandel could you talk to us people out here about gaining weight I have a problem and I've always been slim I'm 76 I'm 5'5 and I weigh 110 lb I would like to add 10 to 15 lb to that I don't know what to do
Ciao Doc. ,im your regular followers. Can i ask help.. how to have a regular bowel movement.. if i dont make a pooh, i have pains lower abdomen.. Now, if i dont take a Dulcolax i cant make a pooh.. Even, Movicol is not working anymore to me.. 😂😂😂 Watching from Milan, Italy

This is great. I like to take a light walk 10 minutes after i eat every meal for about 15-20 minutes. Helps with digestion as well

I love sweets. And I find it hard sometimes to keep away from it.
I eat sugar free gummies sometimes. Love them , you can also buy sugar free chocolates with nuts.

Everybody says lower your alcohol intake what is that supposed to mean? I have a glass of wine with my dinner.
I do most of this, alcohol free for the last 7 years, but I need to get to bed earlier. Sleep is good, and I need to get my 6/8 hours sleep😂😂
