I'm in the same spot as you. But Alibaba is the LAST place I want to take my idea. For starters, you'd have to hire a firm to oversee quality control and efficiency of production.
I had one person outsource a manufacturing company in china for me since he was local there. He’d been doing this type of outsourcing for a while and new of all of this mentioned in the video from quality control to MOQ, shipping costs and etc. Saved me so much time, effort and money😂
As someone who has been in supply chain for almost 20 years, this video provides excellent information for sourcing products. There will be mistakes during this process is a very true statement, even with the most seasoned supply chain professional. Please do your homework; there are many pieces to this process in-between each item the video discusses, such as bid evaluations, detailed drawings and specifications, and logistics. You need to understand these items in greater detail along with the entire supply chain cycle.
I have been struggling to run my small business since 2015. I searched everywhere to get this kind of information, but never find it. And now i am soooo happy and grateful to find your video. This is all i need for a long time ago. Thank you so much 👍👍👍

You'll want to reach out to the supplier directly. Some suppliers do allow this but it's best to speak to one so you can get an estimate. They'll be able to answer these questions for you about these products since each supplier can vary. -Rio
