      Thanks nothing on the floor haven't had knees replaced yet can lift 3 pound weights. Arthritis is severe but can do this

    I followed this video specifically because it said no push-ups, it was basically my first time exercising since PE in school. I’m not in good shape, at all, and I was dying using my puny 5lb weights. But aside from my shoulders sounding like bubble wrap going through a steamroller, I found it easy to follow along and I was happily surprised when I completed the full 10min. Thank you for your video, and I will be looking at more, much appreciated!

    Felt great. I’m 15 and lately ive realized how inactive I am. I sit in bed and sleep for most of my free time. I’ve been getting up and doing some workouts with my mom’s equipment. This felt nice; compared to some other arm workout videos, you had some different workouts in this one! It is fun to mix stuff up. Thank you!

      Keep it up. I had the same problem when I was 15 and getting into the habit of working out now will make it so much easier in your 20s. Haven’t stopped working out since high school and I’m looking and *feeling* great as I’ve ever been 👍🏼🧠

    Day 1: Wasn’t rough at all really, it actually relaxed my muscles especially with the breathing exercises it was really calming

    2 months later: Hello, even though I haven’t physically recorded my progress. I continued doing this 3 times a week for 2 months and my arms are so nice. They’re smaller and are more toned ❤️

      @JJT 07 maybe try lower weights for the first few weeks and gradually increase from there. It's what I'm doing

      @JJT 07 This workout is very shoulder focused, with lots of stagnant movements. I’ve had a previous shoulder injury, so when I watched this video, I knew it wasn’t for me. Workouts should never hurt. She has lots of great dumbbell arm workouts. Skip this one and try another. 😉

    Love this workout! I try and do one of FitbyMic’s standing upper body workouts every other day. I’m pressed for time today and still got this one in. It works all the upper body muscle groups and is still super effective at 10 mins! 👏 Thank you!

    Retired Disabled Army Vet/Mom of 2, trying to get fit at 48.
    Bat wing starting measurement: 13 inches. Day 2, of my 14 days completed today… 🎉
    Day 3: I feel tight in my shoulders plates. Don’t forget to stretch before and after.

    Day 6: I’m feeling the burn with the kettle bells
    Day 7: got my green (favorite color) dumbbells in time to complete my workout today. I feel the 🔥

    Awesome workout.. thank you. I have leukemia and had a bone marrow transplant 4 months ago for my cure. Those transplants wipe your body out and I’ve just recently been able to get back slowly to walking and strength training. Your videos are perfect to help build my strength back. I love them.     I love this workout! I lost strength in my arms due to a acute battle with pneumonia last year. This 1 workout has done more for me in a week, than any other. I'm only able to use 3lbs right now, but I'm working up. The standing Abs workout is great too. ❤️

    I live in Sydney, Australia. We are currently in lockdown. I would normally be at pole dancing classes 3 times a week 😭. Your workouts are great, they suit exactly what I need to maintain my strength for when I get back to the studio! 😀 and continue your workouts at home 😉

    This is my favorite upper body workout on all of RUclips. It’s not so challenging I give up but it’s still giving my upper body a much needed strength session to accompany my love of the treadmill. I am very weak and stopped doing this workout for awhile and now I’m back at it with my small 3lb weights but I can’t wait to do this consistently and hit higher weights

    Mik I love your workouts. I added them to my routine this summer and they are soooo beneficial. As a 70 + lady, I am now using your workouts right after my rebounding routine. I alternate them with long walks. It’s working pretty well for me! Your content is very valuable to me. I sent you to Italy for my daughter who is a busy young homeschooling mom. Best!

    Will be updating in two weeks
    Before- upper arms - 13.5 inches
    Lower arms - 12 inches
    Also I am using 2 kg weights ( each arm 2kg)
    Day 1- done
    Day 2- done
    Day 3- done
    Day 4- done
    I have been really sick for two days... I was constantly throwing up and had a high fever so couldn't do it but I tried my best to maintain my diet... I feel better now so I am back now!
    Day 5- done

    I've done this video for three days and honestly it's the first one i've enjoyed from day 1. It's challenging but not demotivating to get through because it's a standing on. As I went to the next day, I felt motivated to push myself harder which I loved. Now I love doing arms - it's so much fun!!! I just have a question, what would you recommend for someone who is trying to tone their arms? Shall I stick to this video, or shall I combine it with one of your other videos? Ofc I'm doing cardio as well after doing weight training a little bit. Would love some proper advice.

      I'm not a professional but as a fitness lover I can say that of course you need to combine several types of arms workouts, to work all the muscle groups, from all angles. Also try Barre worokuts (Mik has lots of them) and search workouts that are for specific groups like Biceps/Triceps, Shoulder/Chest and so long. Experiment and combine and you will succeed!

    Hi! I just found your videos and I’m really enjoying them! Love your energy. It’s right on par with what I need.
    I think mostly your videos are super beginner friendly for me, but something I always find useful is when the instructor turns multiple times so you can see the exercise from multiple angles!

    So glad I discovered these workouts!! I love your laid back way of communicating to us too. May I please suggest to not use actual songs but instead just music. This has happened with other workouts that I love the workout but eventually get really tired of the song. Just a thought. Otherwise, you're awesome

    I mix this and your other arm exercise, and my arms would just scream every time, but after that, my arms feels light! It’s still my second day but here’s my update and will update more:
    Starting: 13 inch (both)
    Using: 2 kg
    Other exercises: None except the upper arm tone exercise which you can find in her older videos.
    Day 1: Almost died 🤣
    Day 2: Still on the verge of dying
