But aside from my shoulders sounding like bubble wrap going through a steamroller, I found it easy to follow along and I was happily surprised when I completed the full 10min. Felt great. I’m 15 and lately ive realized how inactive I am. I sit in bed and sleep for most of my free time. I’ve been getting up and doing some workouts with my mom’s equipment. This felt nice; compared to some other arm workout videos, you had some different workouts in this one! It is fun to mix stuff up. Thank you!
Keep it up. I had the same problem when I was 15 and getting into the habit of working out now will make it so much easier in your 20s. Haven’t stopped working out since high school and I’m looking and *feeling* great as I’ve ever been 👍🏼🧠

I continued doing this 3 times a week for 2 months and my arms are so nice. They’re smaller and are more toned ❤️
@JJT 07 This workout is very shoulder focused, with lots of stagnant movements. I’ve had a previous shoulder injury, so when I watched this video, I knew it wasn’t for me. Workouts should never hurt. She has lots of great dumbbell arm workouts. Skip this one and try another. 😉
Love this workout! I try and do one of FitbyMic’s standing upper body workouts every other day. I’m pressed for time today and still got this one in. It works all the upper body muscle groups and is still super effective at 10 mins! 👏 Thank you!

I love this workout! I lost strength in my arms due to a acute battle with pneumonia last year. This 1 workout has done more for me in a week, than any other. I'm only able to use 3lbs right now, but I'm working up. The standing Abs workout is great too. ❤️

This is my favorite upper body workout on all of RUclips. It’s not so challenging I give up but it’s still giving my upper body a much needed strength session to accompany my love of the treadmill. I am very weak and stopped doing this workout for awhile and now I’m back at it with my small 3lb weights but I can’t wait to do this consistently and hit higher weights
I do this video twice a week to supplement my yoga and other fitness classes. Has improved my overall arm strength and has increased my performance and endurance in my other workouts.

I've done this video for three days and honestly it's the first one i've enjoyed from day 1. It's challenging but not demotivating to get through because it's a standing on. As I went to the next day, I felt motivated to push myself harder which I loved. Now I love doing arms - it's so much fun!!! I just have a question, what would you recommend for someone who is trying to tone their arms? Shall I stick to this video, or shall I combine it with one of your other videos? Ofc I'm doing cardio as well after doing weight training a little bit. Would love some proper advice.
I'm not a professional but as a fitness lover I can say that of course you need to combine several types of arms workouts, to work all the muscle groups, from all angles. Also try Barre worokuts (Mik has lots of them) and search workouts that are for specific groups like Biceps/Triceps, Shoulder/Chest and so long. Experiment and combine and you will succeed!

It’s still my second day but here’s my update and will update more: Starting: 13 inch (both) Using: 2 kg Other exercises: None except the upper arm tone exercise which you can find in her older videos. Day 1: Almost died 🤣 Day 2: Still on the verge of dying
