Tempted to buy a 7900 XT or 7900XTX going from a 3090 FE for 4k on Starfield im running DLSS with high and medium shadows at around 60fps, whats peoples thoughts? Will it give me extra fps?

The usual FSR 2 quality preset has a 67% scaling ratio (which gives us 4K from 1440p, for example), so running it at 80% to 70% is an actual improvement from the usual quality preset. And to be quite honest I didn't notice any difference in image quality with native mode. Probably it would be noticeable if we compare still shots with 200-300% upscaling, the way the Digital Foundry does it.
