Would have been cool if they had an additional option to set it to stereo by cutting the recording time in half and utilizing that extra memory for stereo recording.
I’ve had the G3 pedal for 8 or 9 years. It’s the same as yours just without the wah. I could never get the looper to work good. There would be a very slight pause when the loop would come back around to the first chord. Maybe I’m doing it wrong. Can you make a video on how you use the looper. Just like a simple 3 chord progression maybe. Thanks
Hey Richard ! Thanks for the comment ! Yeah the G3 is the exact same without the expression pedal ! Must be cool too, even more compact :) Oh really ? I was actually surprised at first because I didn't know if I should expect the looper to be crappy or not (I had a little Digitech Jamman Express XT looper, that I sold few months ago since the G3 is so capable). Oh but the very slight pause you're talking about, isn't it because you didn't set your looper to "Manual Mode" ? If it's not in Manual Mode, then the looper will set your loop automatically depending the tempo you tapped on the G3. An awesome feature when you want to have fun looping using the drum machine, but when you just wish to loop by yourself it has to be Manual Mode. Yes I'm gonna do a little vid for you with 3 simple chords definitely, simple and to the point. Sometimes I get carried away ahaha ! Thanks again and if you have any other questions or thoughts, do not hesitate !
Just incase you're still struggling, play 4 bars and record the loop, for example: (1, 2, 3, 4) (D Bm A Em) when you record press the looper on the exact first beat you play your first chord and when you have finished your 4 bars tap it exactly one beat after four (1,2,3,4,5) (tap the looper on 5) that will restart your loop perfectly at 1 again. I hope this helps if you didn't manage to get it
Yes. I wish my gt1 had a drum channel machine. I am a drummer or was most my life. You won't find a drum on my channel. How ironic. I moved to keys then guitar. Once I'm good enough I'll buy an Ekit and start writing. I love the guitar. It's been so amazing for releasing anxiety.
Hey Robert ! Oh you're a drummer, so awesome ! Before playing guitar all I wanted was to be a drummer...aha, always loved to listen to drums so much. Yes music in general is a way to deal with anxiety definitely ! An Ekit would be super cool, they seem to make wonderful stuff nowadays !
Hey man ! I am using the integrated CabSim indeed, you can't import IRs and stuff in this unit anyway ! There are a bunch of cabs available and a presence control in the cab section, nothing fancy at all but as long as it does the job fine enough...aha ! :)

ZOOM G3X when in stompbox mode, for example, we turn on/off one of the signal chains, for example, on/off is reverb, is there a break, bro? Or smooth shift?
I know this pedal low practicality obsolete but I think between this one and the original g3 zoom. It’s the best pedal. And diesel is the best distortion hands down.

No it is not ! You can of course record into a DAW via USB for example (what I was doing here), but you can't "store" loops and stuff. :)
