Tim, you've found our favourite place! We've stayed here a few times since 2016 (birthday treats) and we love it so much that we got married there in September 2021. We booked the entire Windmill and had a marquee put up in the garden. All our family stayed in the Windmill and loved it too. Every room is different and has it's own charm. Unfortunately, it blew a gale on our wedding day and I had visions of chasing the marquee over the marshes! It was a wonderful day in spite of the weather. We actually married in the breakfast room which was set up beautifully for the wedding ceremony. We really can't fault the place and hope to visit every year for a long time to come. You've really made my day!

I might be controversial here, but what I love about our English weather are the windy days followed by a beautiful washed clean blue and sparkly day. I also love rain after a hot and sunny spell. I have travelled and nowhere else in the World I've visited has had that wonderful washed clean crisp ozone scent. 😁❤️

I use earplugs, I live near a busy road, and also busy with loud people during the weekend nights. They work....like a charm. Even my former neighbor who was very loud many many nights. Once I started using the earplugs, he could make as much noise as he wanted, I slept like a baby, couldn't hear it. I put my alarmclock in ny phone at the loudest, and it wakes me up perfectly. Also in hotels I use the earplugs, no one is keeping me awake at night anymore. 😊

It looked lovely. The accommodation was very cosy and homely. The fried breakfast looked delicious 😋 The surrounding area/the views were stunning.
However…I think £245 a night is rather steep. The room, although lovely, was rather snug. Noise from the selfish sods upstairs would have annoyed me. Yes, of course you are going to hear people in an old building with wooden floors but banging doors late and early is just plain thoughtless.
Would I like to stay here? Yes.
    Would I pay £245? No.

If you book directly with them they do a "fizz stay "deal you get afternoon tea bed and breakfast and a bottle of fizz in your room .You pick which room you want the rooms are lovely and spacious you wouldn't be disappointed. Or if your not bothered about after tea you can book through Norfolk passport and get 10% off. So much cheaper than the windmill and I think so much nicer 😊

Amazing sleeping in James Blunts old bedroom.
I do hope James Blunt watches this vlog!
Having your own balcony near the middle of the Windmill is rather special Tim!
£245 is a alot but there again there isn't many Windmill Hotels around.
The North Norfolk coastline really is beautiful the sunrise must of been beautiful Tim.
The Pink Mini Bar I would of been enjoying looked very quaint
I think your room was pretty much the best because of the Balcony!
Your room was very comfortable clean & cosy looking.
Was it nice & warm in the night with the central heating & could you hear the rain & the wind?
Sounds like it was quite wild weather!
Shame you had noisy guests upstairs all night that can really spoil a stay!
Love the mirrors on each side of the window making it look 3 times bigger & lighter.
Furniture looked very in keeping & the complimentary Red Wine was a treat as well as having other drinks available in your room for £20!
I loved the En Suite & that deep blue decor & white in there!
And really 360 degree views is worth a high price!
And loads of things to do around the Windmill.
The bed looked cosy Tim you looked especially snug in there.
    You never wear Pyjamas 😂
You're right Tim it does seem more like a Lighthouse than a Windmill!
The mushrooms & the rest of your Breakfast looked extremely tasty!

I did wonder if the noise above you at night was because the sails (or sweeps as they call them in Sussex) were turning due to the high winds. There’s a windmill near me converted into a house and when the wind is very strong they let the sails turn (they aren’t connected to anything else) to prevent them getting damaged!

I really love watching videos about UK destinations. English hospitality is simply different, I think because of all the history connected to it. Wonderful video and STUNNING location!

There are some great Air b and b's in the OMG section on their site. UFO's, cows, spheres in UK. Just a suggestion. Thanks for going to unique places. Love it!

Simply stunning. Wow!!! That's what mean about places you visited like Dubai... This is organic, unpretentious, reasonably priced and why I love our little English tourism. So far brother Tim, one of the best places you have shared with us. Great... But you could have made a longer video.. less rushed. But all in all... Stunning place and area 🎉🎉🎉🎉

What a charming place to stay. I love history so yes, I would like very much to stay there. Lovely little village where the Windmill was, what is the name of it? I would rather visit small villages like this then go to a large city like London. I love all the old buildings. I missed Gabby and Casper , but not a good place for little Casper anyway . Thanks for letting me tag along, Tim.
