1 Hour Full Body Stretch | Deep Stretching Routine to improve flexibility and mobility fast

  • Happy Sunday!!! Today I have a VERY special routine for you. It's my first one hour stretch for deep relaxation and full body flexibility. You can do this routine whenever you want during the day, but don't do it immediately before a hard workout. I recommend doing this routine a few hours after your workout, on a rest day, or in the evening to wind down, stress relief and remove any tension you're holding on to mentally and physically.
