Car sounds nice 👍 brother
Cheers bro I think it’s a nice medium not to loud and crazy
Love the videos! I just bought a 2011 in April and want to do all the mods you have done! I’ve been concentrating on detailing the paint and will hopefully start with the grill, air intake, fog lights and a tune. Thanks for all the tips if you have anymore let me know!
any help I can give I am happy to bro message me if you want to know anything I will try and help
The new LLF 🔥
Thank you for the support
The car looking like a beast now jheeeeeeeeeeeeeze Bat Mobil
Cheers bro
Worked out there is a remap, induction kit and exhaust. Which exhaust? Any other hardware changes?
Can you list what you made to the car? The intake seems modded aswel
Nice, I need to get mine tuned now for sure.
Do it you won’t regret it
Mate remove the sound deadening from under the bonnet if you think the induction is loud now it’s sooo much better
good results! Tempted to use their 'truetune' setup, a remote ECU flash which you can put on and take off as and when.. dunno how I feel about doing it without an initial health check/run though.. Did they take longer due to checking the car over before tune? Cheers
The true tune looks like a really good it nice to be able to put it back to stock whenever you want. My car had just got a complete major service and health check from Audi so I knew it was all ready to go. The time was doing the decat and air filter and dyno runs and writing the tune they did tell me it would take that long but I am so happy with the results so far once I have done a good few miles there will be an update video
Car Fella UK for sure, would be interesting to see if it would affect the 0-60, and how much by! Also, did this have an impact on the insurance? Cheers
I will be answering all these questions in a upcoming video
Nice motor fella would love to put my stage2+ BWA TT MK2 up against it to see comparison, in Essex if u fancy it bud 😁
I would love too just tell me when bro 😝
@@carfellauk tht.gold.tt on insta bro hit me up 👌😁
Hi mate, where did you get that bracket to hold up your ram air filter? I have a tt with the same engine and when I spoke to them about a kit they said they didn't actually make one for the tt without the battery in the engine bay. I've seen these fitted to other tts but there just hanging there with no bracket or heat shield. Yours looks sick. Love the channel bro.
Bro I had the same problem I was looking every where the one I got was supplied by sa but I did read on the TT Forum that this one www.ebay.co.uk/itm/391516167977 would fit I will try find the like to forum post for you as well
They now have a induction kit for the battery in the boot i have it fitted to mine www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ramair-Cone-Air-Filter-Intake-Induction-Kit-for-Audi-TT-8J-2-0-TFSI/274309860570?hash=item3fde244cda:g:U3AAAOSwtC5ecPZQ
Do you have any pictures of it fitted?
I finally managed to find you the link it has taken me ages but here is the link to the post www.ttforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1889317&p=9148347&hilit=EA888#p9148347 I really hope this helps you please let me know
Yeah I have one of their kits fitted to my TTS and my batery is also located in the boot. This honestly makes the engine bay look slightly nicer and car sounds better in my opinion. Also I did notice I actually keeps pulling more at higher speeds. This might be due to mare air flowing in. Or it's just all in my head 😂
Awesome job Bro! I’m looking for TT 8J now. Is there a real reason to pay more for Quattro or FWD will ok?
I was happy enough with the front wheel drive but it doesn’t hold the road like the Quattro is fun with a tune to spin the wheel in 1st and 2nd gear I want another 8j bad
@@carfellauk thanks brother. It’s so hard to find 2.0tfsi Quattro (don’t wanna VR6 because of heavy front), that I already think about FWD
Hello mate, nice vid, i was wondering about the backpart of your car, i have a audi tt mk2 2010 diesel with 2 pots on one side, is it possible to buy antoher skirt and have one on each side, or even a quad exhauste? :)
U can get a quad exhaust but unless you wanna cut ur bumper you will have to buy one from a different model TT the one from my car should fit urs
Do you know where i can fine one like yours?
I would say look on eBay bro if your lucky u can find a bumper with the same colour code as ur car so minimal work
this is old vid but of anyone looks into these you will never see 308 with the stock k03 turbo unless you maybe run methanol and stuff, mk5 gti’s and these are indentical engine wise
My 2012 tt dynod at 311bhp, I have a cts turbo Downpipe paired with a Unitronic stage 2 tune. A couple other small things as well. Mine is a 2012 and I’ve heard that 2012 and 2013 tts came with a K03s turbo which has a little bit more potential over the regular K03. I’m not 100% positive on that but I’d say that’s plausible considering what mine dyno’d at. I’m putting on a K04 in a month or two so I’ll see what the jump is there.
I have just had a Stage 1 remap on my Audi TTS at DMS in Southampton. It has increased power from 310 bhp to 382bhp (400 nm to 520nm). It now drives like a rocket in sports mode. Very scary. I decided not to inform my insurance company as there are no visible engine modifications but on your Stage 2 your modifications are more visible. Will you be informing your insurers and if you have already done so what was their reaction?
If for whatever reason you get into an accident whether it be you speeding or a person on their phone and t bones you. The insurance company WILL check your ECU and it'll show it being modified. You then get NO PAYOUT for your car and a void in your name. You'll then struggle getting a quoute for YEARS and I mean a quote to drive a ford ka. Let alone another TT.
Yes, I know people that have had the above happen. Not worth it and besides, my insurance only went up £40 for the year for a stage 1 on my TT ! Not worth the con/pro ratio - Tell your insurance.
@@Revolutionary491 Yeah I agree... Those fuckers will do anything to not pay, best to be honest.
Hi Car Fella. I told you a few days ago I took my Audi TT to stage 1. Now it has much more power and torque. Thus this leads me to my next question. When I hammer the throttle and my gar changes gears, it’s almost like it is shaking me. I get this Jitter between gears when I change. Is it due to torque that increased ? And I’d like to know is id bad for the transmission and or the Clutch as well?
Not a Jitter but it’s not as smooth as it used to be before the stage one. When I drive slow it’s still the smoothest ride. But when I hammer it it’s something totally different
Is it an auto or a manual?
It is an Auto DSG transmission.
Mine is a manual and is a lot more jumpy in first where you had it done do they not offer a DSG software upgrade I know this can be done
Car Fella UK They might but this would cost additional. But then you are right. My car is a bit mor jumpy especially in the lower gears. That should be normal I believe because of the increased torque the car has.
How much did this set you back to get it to stage 2 Fella?
It was around £1000 if I remember rightly
How much did the stage two cost you minus the down pipe and ram air?
It’s was £999 with everything I am not sure in the price without the bits I would email them bro they are easy to talk to
@@carfellauk 1k funts for all stage 2?
Hello what hardwere, is this Audi TT 211HP stock from 2010+ ?
My mk2 was a 2011 211 bro stock the stage 2 was a de-cat down pipe induction kit and custom tune
How is this tune treating you? Any problems?
Video coming on how it’s all going keep an eye out
Rather how long were you stage 1? How many miles did you have when you did the tune?
I never had a stage one I went straight to stage 2 the was on 67k miles at the time of the tune and had just had a full major service at a main Audi dealership
@@carfellauk I'm glad for content like this. I was just thinking of how few people show how it is living with a tune long term.
@@mightymulatto3000 fr fr, I have a TTS running stock power 275, I wanna get a tune but I'm reluctant to in case my engine goes as I'm on 115k miles already. I mean I've had my drive belt, tensioner, cambelt and water pump done at 114k miles in preparation for a tune but I'm still scared it might go bang with a tune 😂😂😂
CarsAtWar bro as long as you have looked after it and continue to do so I think you will be fine
Bro the window tint how % is? I love it
I think it’s 35% on the front and 20% on the back from memory looks really good
need list of Mods. :) if please
What mods did you need to have to go to stage 2 can’t seem to find any of your vids where you talk about it 😁
No engine mods at all with the stage 2 tune I got a Scorpion de cat down pipe and a ram air air filter I hope this help
Car Fella UK brill thanks for the help 😁
@@carfellauk car's looking sickkk bro 👌 how do you find the Ramair induction kit? Any issues with heatsoak from the engine bay, would you recommend it?
I'm also looking to tune mine with SA Tuning
Thanks
100% I would Recommend it has a heat shield so I haven’t had any problems the noise it makes is amazing if you get a stage 2 at SA it comes with it
@@carfellauk thanks bro, much appreciated for the info.... looking forward to an update video 😊.. i think I'm definitely going to go with SA Tuning
What parts u need to change to make stage 2
Ecu tune down pipe and air filter there is a full video on the channel check it out
Cat back down pipe fitted ?
De cat down pipe fitted
This 308 hp is with the stock turbo?
He thinks it is, its never doing these figures on a stock k03
Remaps are usually night and day. I'll never not map anymore
I am fully sold video coming this week on how I feel about the tune so far but spoiler I love it lol
How much did u spend on mods?
Quite a bit nothing crazy for me it’s a hobby and for RUclips I can crazy but rule of thumb is only spend what can afford otherwise you won’t enjoy it
Cost?
£1000 for the full stage 2
Zipping blud
Cheers bro 👍🏽
SA tuning are shit who are now called max tune
I see they changed there name I can only speak from my experience had the tune on for a year not had one issue car is running like a dream I did have to re dyno the car for more accurate figures though
