Are you still having issues? Try ivermectin once a day for 3 days. Then once a week, then once a month. Supposedly your symptoms will decrease after the 2nd dose.

    1:22 garlic
    4:06 oregano
    5:34 ginger
    6:42 turmeric
    7:56 elderberry
PLEASE just stick to natural, whole foods, guys. Don't waste your money on fancy supplements. They do not help a lot. And you definitely do not need ALL of what's recommended. Stick to what's fresh and local. The efficacy of peptides is highly debatable.

Thank you for all these tips, I really appreciate them and will try those that are new to me. Regarding turmeric it´s true that it stains (I´ve used it for so many years and often have stains on my hands and with the pale color of my skin it lasts for an eternity!). I live in a European country and here we´ve only had fresh turmeric for the last 5 (?) years, so I´m more used to using the powder form (have used it for over 15 years, since recommended by a doctor). No matter what I mix it with and how I use it (tea or cooking) I always add freshly ground black pepper, it´s essential to make it more bioavailble. As for the more "modern" use of it fresh in juices or similar, I recently heard that it´s considered exaggerated by Indian Ayurveda specialist, who say it should never be used in an exaggerated way (and that if fresh turmeric is ever used, it´s tampered with lots of fat, but it´s not considered beneficial to eat too much of, has too strong heating properties). In Indian recipes it´s always well balanced with other spices that are also good for health, and usually all spices should be heated to be more "active".

Try ivermectin for your issues. It is supposed to help your long haul issues by decreasing the length of time. The medicine is used to kill parasites and bugs. The virus is usually a bug no matter how bad. But sleeping is the best thing and most powerful way to get better. Zinc and Vitamin D is what I have been using since last year along with Quo que 10

Mona, does collagen peptides refer the same towards what you spoke about? I’ve been taking collagen for about 3 years (9-10 months on, and then taking 2-3 months rest from not taking it), is my body sick of it and does this effect hormone balancing?
