0:00 Introduction: Human growth hormone explained
1:40 How to boost growth hormone naturally
    6:05 What decreases growth hormone?
8:15 Learn more about the liver!
Let’s talk about the seven ways to boost human growth hormone (HGH). Human growth hormone decreases with age. If you notice various issues with your joints or muscles, it could be due to a lack of growth hormone.
Human growth hormone is involved in:
    • Fat-burning
    • Building collagen, cartilage, and muscle
    • Endurance during exercise
    • Recovery
    • Cognitive function
    • Height
I don’t believe it’s necessary to take growth hormone. There are fantastic natural ways to increase HGH and counter the aging process.
    How to increase HGH naturally:
    1. Get plenty of deep sleep
    2. Do intense exercise
    3. Keep your blood sugar levels low (do Healthy Keto)
    4. Include amino acids in your diet (protein)
    5. Do fasting
    6. Include niacin in your diet
    7. Get plenty of vitamin D from sun exposure
    Things that inhibit growth hormone:
    • Cortisol (stress)
    • A high-carb or high-sugar diet
    • Hyperinsulinemia
    • Obesity
    • A low thyroid
    • Liver damage
    • Alcohol
    • Age

I fell back in some bad habits recently but thanks to your information provided I managed to lose about 50lbs since march this year. Gonna enjoy some more of those unhealthy things and get a fresh mind for a fresh start. No more bad habits then. Thank you for your great effort, Dr. Berg. Without your effort I wouldn't have managed to get a big portion of my life back and sooner or later I'll take it all!

I'd replace sprinting for rope skipping. Jump rope is excellent as intense exercise. you basically put your entire body to work , especially the core and legs followed by the arms and your back and has many other health and mental benefits. I do roughly 2000 jumps a day mixed up with calisthenics exercises like push ups , trx and kettlebell . A quick 15 minute routine will leave you drained if performed intensively like 1 minute jump rope, rest 10 seconds then 1 minute of push ups or whatever. Try it .

@@Quitting-smoking-is-awesome-TVit's a brilliant exercise, from his other videos tho, he said to do sprinting like intense exercise, you won't do that for a minute.
The kettle bell can do it tho, 10 reps with max power.

Thanks for the presentation and analysis. I'm right on the money with your suggestions, ** I'd like to add one aspect which was concluded on a study*
"" for 76 hours after super intense exercise, your immune system is compromised""
I totally agree with this study. For years , I've been training kick boxing..
Nothing is more intense. For years , I'm tooling along great .. say about 6 weeks into training.. I catch flu/or cold. Never fails.. Along this train of thought, they asked Lee Haney ( 8 time Mr. Olympia) what his secret to success.
He said.. He isolated 6 months before competition. He didn't want to be near any virus that would cause major set backs.

Great list. I do all of them. Cold therapy also boosts human growth hormonen (up to 1000%). And besides strengthening your vascular system it will also make you feel good because of increase of noradrenaline (530%) and dopamine (250%).

Hi, and thanks for all your excellent content. At the 4:30 mark, you mention a special amino acid blend to assist w/ retaining muscle when fasting. I do not see that. Could you direct me or share if it actually isn't there? Thank you!!!

Fasting was the last thing I expected to find on the list. Can you explain little further how does it contribute to growth hormone? Also, what type of fasting are you recommending since there are plenty out there?
