(which, depending upon who you ask, is an Auto-Immune disorder or is not) so I'm always looking to boost my knowledge of certain foods, including anti-inflammatory and blood sugar healthy. Especially when they are things we BOTH should be incorporating into our diets. Happy Holidays and Stay Safe!
Made the Carrot Ginger Soup today, using half watered down Full Fat Coconut Milk. I sprinkled on a dash of Turmeric before eating. Yummy! Will definitely make again

this whole gut issue topic being discussed on youtube rather than seeing a GI specialist really bugs me. Gut issues are so specific to the individual and what works for one totally screws someone else’s gut. Then there are those who have chronic conditions that directly affect their intestinal function.
I saw a GI specialist that told me it was “ok” that I didn’t move my bowels everyday (I’m talking once a week IF that) and that’s “just how my body was.” It wasn’t until I did their job for them, got online and on RUclips and started researching and learning about gut health and ingredients then changed my diet that I regulated my own gut health.
@@jeslovesjesus I had the same experience in my 20s, the GI told me I’d have to depend on laxatives despite not performing any studies. Years later, trial and error with foods and another failing GI at Stanford made it so that I figured it out myself. Unfortunately it struck again and landed a GI who performed the necessary studies and finally figured out the cause of my 17 yr constipation issue. Still, those chronically constipated will undoubtedly deal with serious bouts of it despite finding our groove. I am fascinated by ppl who can poo just by looking at spinach
This is how I know she doesn't know what she's talking about....lemon juice is acidic, but is only alkaline after being metabolized in the body. If she knew that, she would've said so. 😒🤦🏻♀️

I avoid broths because most have garlic and onion, but making my own grass fed bone broth with the green part of green onions and carrots works great!

You should study nutrition and get a dietitian degree so people take you more seriously
