i love how happy lana is when she talks about food
She doesn't eat a lot of sugar and drinks tons of water. That's why she glows!
you should try to be heathy, but not beat youself up for not doing so. you should be motivated by how good you feel when you eat good food (food for heathy or mental heath like cake), starving is horrible as you can't susstan it unless you love to be skinny in the ground
also the things she eats are super high and protein and all that she eats really healthy fresh things and a lot of she eats isn't processed unless its like bread or chips or crackers but yeah she's amazing and seems so happy I love it.
I think it definitely stems from her previously struggling with a eating disorder so It’s good to see her doing healthier now

I love how she's so animated and honest about her love for food and how unless it's for work she won't limit herself. Her goal in eating is enjoyment and feeling full/satisfied from the meal. She has such a healthy relationship with food and it's so refreshing to see such a realistic "What I Eat in a Day" that is not full of salad, celery juice, and turmeric shots.

Yes, someone else likes canned sardines🐟 other than me! I do overnight oats with only the canned sardines and oats, canned sardines on matzo, or canned sardines on hot black/forbidden rice🍚. Also, agree with the kettle chips for the thickness.
