“When you set up such rigorous demands you set yourself up for failure”. That’s so true! I tried to change my diet several times and failed. It turned out I wasn’t eating enough as well. O well lesson learned. I’m more flexible now lol. I noticed that I’ve been less hungry since I quit drinking pop too. That’s the one thing I’m never touching again, because I feel way better without it.
I've been struggling to change my diet since freshman year and I'm a senior right now. I also found that slowly cutting out the junk food is the way to get a sustainable healthy diet and also replacing your fav foods with healthier versions!👍🏽
Girl tell me about it ! I’ve finally set myself up onto a healthy lifestyle I never understood how people did it but it’s because I always tried to force myself to never eat anything that was considered “bad” it just made me want it more lol now I get to enjoy some of my fave foods a couple times a week and they can be the healthier version or just less than what I used to have 🤷🏽♀️ and I’ve been able to maintain my weight since I lost it

This was one of the best food diaries I’ve seen! I loved how he detailed the purpose behind every meal but it was true to him and food that was realistic for everyone to consume. Everything in balance!
My sister moved to nyc for almost 10 years now, she never cooks her meals at home at all 😂 she mostly dines in different restaurants for weekdays dinners & weekends meals, she is fan of brunches 🤨 and orders for delivery both weekdays’ breakfasts and lunches 🥰
As she said nyc has millions of cafes and restaurants; it’s shameful not to try them 🙈
Btw, she stays fit too as she changed her gyms every 3 months 😂 as she prefers to discover the city well through food & exercise

This is what I ate today :
Breakfast ---
- long beans, ground pork, carrot, green onion, mushroom, and tomato stir-fried with garlic, salt-pepper, & soy sauce.
- Rice
- A few glass of water. (I drink a lot of water, not sure why but I got thirsty easily)
Lunch ---
- a few brownies
- sweet corn soup
- a whole coconut (with coconut water of course)
Dinner ---
- Fish stew with miso
- Rice
- Spinach salad
- A few glass of water.
Late night snack (I had slight insomnia, so I tends to snack a bit before sleeping, full stomach helps me get sleepy)
- a bag Roasted Peanuts
- Lotsa water.
I like the fact that he tells what he eats and why.
