oh boy, i do love this man, but the most important thing my mum taught me (apart from packing a water bottle whenever i go out) is to _never_ skip on breakfast!! doesn't matter if it's bread, crackers, yogurt or something else, as long as you eat something when you wake up.

It takes time after a break up to be able to do that. In the beginning of my current breakup I couldn't even hear my ex's name without tearing up. Now I can talk a bit about him.

@@itssteph263 thanks😊❤ ..it has been like 3 months since the breakup. we were together for 2 months but we were a pretty great couple together,we lived together for a bit and we broke up because i wasn't attracted to him anymore so..yeah..it's been hard so far but everyday i'm getting over him a little bit more.
Maybe we'll have a comeback even though i don't support that but i don't know..

My favorite was when he said "I would probably make a meatloaf with a WHOLE BLOCK OF CHEESE in the middle". He goes from cutting out dairy to putting an entire block of cheese in a meatloaf. 🤣

Ram Danielle so true 😂 but I can’t blame him. I’m half Italian (but am from Brazil) and I put olive oil in literally everything that I cook....it’s just so good!!
You shouldn’t cook with olive oil - the low smoke point means you’re breathing in carcinogens. Olive oil should only ever be eaten at room temp (I don’t know if it’s ok chilled)

@@felicitybowen9754 Hi, my mum works for the redcross and that's not true (at least in wales)! All money goes to the charity and the managers are paid by the government, but if the shop raises over £2000 in a week the managers get a bonus, which might be what you're talking about.

I’ve just started, literally, 2 hours ago, 2 episodes, and I can’t stop watching videos of antoni on RUclips
Oh you have to watch queer eye! It's the best. For the last few months since there hasn't been a season going, I have been re-watching seasons 1 through 4 and it just makes me happy. It doesn't even feel like re-watching something. It just feels joyful and meaningful.
New season starts Nov. 1st on Netflix! ( this is the one where were there in Japan )

As an Australian, I'm very glad that Antoni is a vegemite advocate. It really is brilliant.
Antoni is explaining how his normal meal is a five-star cuisine and I'm just over here eating a piece of bread with some cheese in it.
Didn't he say he cut dairy then proceeds to say he puts cheese in meatloaf and has whipped cream for dessert lol
07tandu he said, i cut out ~alot~ of dairy. So not all of it
he probably has that kind of meal once a month and probably a salad the rest of the days but that might not sound as good.

Yas! I'm so happy that he likes vegemite. I've seen soooooo many people try and eat it but they always do it wrong. You only need a small amount but when you put it on fresh, toasted bread with melted butter it's amazing
