@@tatianachavez6714 late night snacks aren't only about how nutritional your food was throughout the day, it's also very psychological which is why some people find comfort in food ;)
I know many diabetics/pre diabetes patients who need to limit fruit, obviously if they want sugar it’s better to have fruit instead of lollies, but they still have to be careful

Thx for this question actually I use khiels facial fuel energizing wash, age defender moisturizing cream, and the midnight recovery facial oil. I switch out the age defender with the ultra facial cream

No wonder he looks so good. He eats healthy and drinks water. I would definitely follow his diet. Coz my diet is a nightmare. I'm a girl and I eat worse than a guy. A slice of cheesecake is not a cheat meal, it is just a dessert. A cheat meal for me would be pizza, garlic bread and a big round cheesecake.
Honestly that's not a cheat day that's a binge attack.I used to have them a lot because of restrictions on my diet but i have overcome them.

Binging is different for everyone, definitely, but it's usually characterized by a large amount of food in a short amount of time with a lack of control on how much food you're eating. Obviously what she described isn't healthy if she was eating it every day but one day? I wouldn't consider that an unbelievable amount of food.

@@rach3l202 Depending on the size, I agree. I still wouldn't call it "binging" though since binging is defined by periods of eating where you don't feel you can stop. It's often misconstrued by alot of people and used flippantly to describe "cheat" days when it's not that at all.

Added sugar can be found at high levels in most processed foods. YOU NEED YOUR FRUITS .
@@stardust2531 ur brain does not require fruit sugar lol it requires sugar as in from carbs in general. even if u don't eat fruit every single day, ur body can still get it from carbohydrates like quinoa, bread, potatoes, veggies, and etc.

but like fruit are actually natural sugars. its fructose not sucrose meaning fructose are monosaccharide not disaccharide (not processed) so fruit only adds calories rather than harmful sugars...like it doesn't even raise glucose level either

I eat a lot like that also. Avocado toast with a fried egg is my favorite breakfast. And I drink water all day too, after a cup of coffee in the morning.
