Just LOVE Lana. So happy to share this video with my 12 yr old daughter who is working so hard to love her body at every stage. So much pressure at this age to start self deprecating and insulting one's own body to fit in with the rest of the girls. Which is a shame, b/c she loves how she looks but wants desperately to fit in. Lana is a breath of fresh air, a true voice. Also, she's eating a variety of whole, healthy foods. Loving how she makes veggies and green tea cool.
This was a breath of fresh air! I would be interested to see you discuss the sport of bodybuilding, if someone views it in a similar mindset as, this is their job (or a way to make a living crafting their body), not those who use it simply as a goal because they want to lose fat.
Maintaining a size over several months can be important for continuity and wardrobe when shooting film and TV. It's not just the extreme weight changes for a particular character.
Fun fact, too: all tea has L-Theanine but we seriously need more research! There are varying reports on how much is in each tea, how much is extracted based on water temp, steep time, etc. Not to mention type of tea, when it’s harvested, the soil it’s grown in, and how it’s processed once it’s picked. So much to know! It’s one of my dreams for my company to grow enough to be able to fund university research on all this. :) caffeine, Theanine, etc.

I have been fighting him on this and he politely pointed out that for him it works. I was wondering if you could talk about that, whether cutting out grains is ok, and if it is even a sustainable diet, or even healthy!? Again LOVE your videos!

Lana has talked about her history with body image issues and eating disorders, so I think she is less a "natural intuitive eater" but more so a conscious product of working on her relationship with food/body
Interesting, thank you for letting me know!
Your videos are just so amazing. Someone who has struggled with food like under-eating or "dieting" really appreciates your view on food. 👐👐moderation is key.
I NEED to find that Everything But The Bagel seasoning here in Vancouver! At this point I'm looking for ways to get it shipped to me. xD I essentially live on everything ricecakes (low-FODMAP diet here means I don't do most breads), so it's time for me to graduate to the next level and carry the seasoning around with me!
I love the EBTB seasoning! Hopefully you get to try it :)
You can easily make it! If you have a bulk store near you, you can get: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dehydrated garlic granules, dehydrated onion granules, and lots of salt!! Also toast the sesame seeds to make them extra yum!
It's the best seasoning! I have tons of EBTB recipes on my blog too if you're interested 😊
@@annemarkstein6277 Ooh, thank you! I may have to try that now! :D
You can find it on amazon! :)
Thank you so much! I'm a dietetics student and i learn so much from your videos!
Abbey you gotta try the built bar microwaved it's so elite
I'll have to try that!
Thanks for sharing, I understand. I appreciate Lana's approach to food too!
I adore everything about this video ❤️
Ah...! Never heard of anyone else who loves folded chips as much as I do!!! Yay!!!!!❤️🥔🌮
😊❤️
This was a breath of fresh air! I would be interested to see you discuss the sport of bodybuilding, if someone views it in a similar mindset as, this is their job (or a way to make a living crafting their body), not those who use it simply as a goal because they want to lose fat.
I have a video about this on my channel! ruclips.net/video/7Ryhe-QZewE/видео.html&ab_channel=AbbeySharp
She is really freaking awesome. And I love your enthusiasm and happiness at her love of food, Abbey. :)
Maintaining a size over several months can be important for continuity and wardrobe when shooting film and TV. It's not just the extreme weight changes for a particular character.
she sounds really down to earth ! thanks for the video abbey :)
Thanks for the info!
Loved this episode of WIEIAD, Abbey. I'd love to suggest something for an episode: variety based on where you live. Not all kinds of produce or seeds or meats are available everywhere. Maybe do a WIEIAD or a suggested, balanced menu for a day and then provide alternatives?
Great idea!
“Yuck your yum.” I LOVE THIS PHRASE!
It's the best!
Abbey!!!!
MICROWAVE THE BUILT BAR!!!
It turns into a sort of cake like dessert and its phenomenal!
15 seconds and its delicious, however if you let it sit to "cool off" it gets hard and crunchy, but not in the good way.
Great idea! I'll have to try that
Taco chips are my favorite too! I’m glad I’m not the only one
I love how creative and diverse her meals were
#TeamSardines!!! The fancy Portuguese ones in hot sauce are amazing.
Omg I’m dying! I commented asking about Lana Condors eat in a day! So excited t watch x🥰
I hope you enjoyed the review!
This video made me want to see Abbey review some of Florence Pugh's recipes on instagram! They're awesome
the folded chips are the best!!
yay! so glad you reviewed her, lana is so lovely and real 🥰
Agreed 😊
id love to see another FreeLee video - now that she's back to a raw vegan lifestyle
Completely agree with the folded chips. My husband gives me all of them and then eats the rest lol. I also eat my S&V chips with aged cheddar and it is *chef's kiss*.
Yum!
Okay but that breakfast sounds bomb 😭😍
Agreed!
you had me at "make a listof your favorite food and you do you"!
Hi Abbey, I love your videos and as a newly vegan (for ethical reasons) I love to watch and get ideas for meals :). My dad has recently been claiming that cutting out grains (not carbs as I thought he meant) is making him feel clearer in his head and says there is also the "added benefit" of weight loss. I have been fighting him on this and he politely pointed out that for him it works. I was wondering if you could talk about that, whether cutting out grains is ok, and if it is even a sustainable diet, or even healthy!? Again LOVE your videos!
I will have a look into that!
Agree with the folded chips!! We call them saddle chips because the look like English saddles...
I roast up a whole heap of chickpeas once a week with a barbecue-curry seasoning mix for my main salty, crispy snack! It’s great.
Yum!
OMG YESSS!!! I thought I was the only FREAK who obsesses over folded kettle salt & vinegar chips!!! OMG when people come over, I prompty remove all of the folded ones (for my consumption), and then serve the rest to the common folk (my guests) hahaha I'm a freak :(
I look forward to more viewer-submitted what I eat in a day videos from you as you mentioned to me at one time.
Yup on the list to do more of these!
