Planning to polish a vehicle outside, or in direct sunlight? Then watch this! #detailing #paintcorrection #polishing #polishingpaint #diydetail #yvanlacroix
Your videos are really helpful I tried to cut and polish my car for the first time ever and I was seeing some average results and watching your channel im seeing a lot of things I shouldn’t have done, I’m definitely gonna try again using your tips and tricks!
@DIY Detail I'm just starting a business up and will be mobile in NC, new to doing vehicles outside besides mine. Just found your channel, and I have several videos saved already. Good content ✌️
@@beardedbird4971its already 4 month since your comment, did you have start the detailing business yet ? how easy is it to get a customer for a newcomer in the industry ?
Ideally you’re not polishing outside, that’s why we advise work in small sections so you can control what’s on the paint as you work. You probably need to pre inspect/ clean the paint before every section
The sun can wreak havoc on the best of techniques in terms of how the polish and pad interact on your paint, it’s best to work in small sections to maintain as much control as possible
You aren’t polishing a damn thing with that pad on glass. Come to Las Vegas for Sema this year and we can have a competition your whole team against myself. Let’s see who really knows what they’re talking about. I have a 3 bay garage at my personal home we can compete in. You can select the vehicles or we can give some lucky random people a free detail and paint correction with ceramic coating as well. I guarantee I will destroy your entire team in not only FACTUAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DETAILING AND PAINT CORRECTIONS, but also the finished outcome.

what product are you using to polish the windows?
The Gold Standard Polishing System
Does that incl6de the paint as well or just windows?
When will the red rotary pad be available?
Hopefully in the next month
What it does dry? How would you get it off?
Simply wipe it off with a Rinseless dampened towel.
How do you deal with dust and pollen ?

This is only to remove water spot etching.
You're exactly what's wrong with this world. It's not a competition. It's about helping people and teaching people.
This is so aggressive lol. Its a DIY channel, its not meant for pros. I appreciate that they are making it fun and not complicated for people.
You are just full of common sense, aren't you. Wow who would have thought.
Thank you.
