Just finished this had almost 2 weeks break coz of migraine! punching my migraine. I do my workout on my balcony then it started raining, didn't stop as I have been itching to exercise. I couldn't say I was sweating as I'm soaked in the rain. Good to be in tropics ✌️😁 thanks for the stress relief exercise. 🙏👍

HI and thank you so much for that. I love kicking boxing hiit just can't do lots of jumping. May I ask can I pair this one with a short session of pilates or cardio pilates (afterwards)?
