    How long do you have your clients rest after you finish 1 of the 3 rounds of a CCA?

      Just depends on goals & condition state. Most of my clients are business professionals. They check phone, send emails, etc. while I add weights and get everything ready for round 2. I also have some more advanced clients who I do a 4CA for 4 rounds so they need the rest. Work til they need rest, then rest til they can do work
